Went out in a group of seven. Plenty of big tables for sitting in large groups. Two rooms, one is more dining and the other I believe has a bar. The dining area has a TV that streams movies. It has really nice artwork on the walls. It has a nice aquarium. I'm not going to give away the secrets but definitely go check it out. They did some off the menu items that I requested which was really cool. I was caught up in the moment and forgot to take pictures. So next time I go back I'll make sure to add some.

Really great food! We got a chicken chimachumga and shrimp fajita taco salad, but the fresh guacamole was the star of the meal. Service was super friendly, and our waitress spoke English, Spanish and Tagalog. Very reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Our food was fresh and delicious. We tried the baja style shrimp tacos and queso and guacamole.
I also enjoyed there full bar and yummy margheritas.

The staff was awesome. Very attentive. They were cleaning something at every extra moment they had. Food was delicious and very affordable. Will definitely return.

Today I had to get up before the chickens did to make it to my first hearing at court. After my trial was over I went to get mom, and we went out to a delightful Mexican restaurant in Mount Pleasant, Tennessee.

We went to Maya Riviera, the food was out of this world. Literally finger lickin' good. The fajitas for two could've fed 5 people. The beef was fresh and tender and the quality of the service of our young , kind and charming waiter was excellent. Their guacamole was freshly made and delicious. A wonderful culinary experience. Mom and I were thrilled!!!

My mother and I arrived at 3:02 PM on a Wednesday. Some might say that three to 4:00 PM are some of the slowest times for restaurants with that being said my mother ordered a shrimp salad and I ordered a 3 for 1 taco, burrito and chimichanga. My mother also ordered a strawberry daiquiris!. My mother, and I were just amazed at the quality of the food that was completely fresh! Thank you to the owners! I don’t know who you are but you did an incredible job. I am amazed by the quality of your food during the slowest time of the day!

Would drive out of our way to go again—excellent food, with obvious good-quality ingredients (not canned beans), and the BEST cheese dip with perfectly warmed chips

All I can say extra about my experience is the fajitas everything was cooked to perfection that when I took my first bite I was hooked going back today and will post pictures, excellent flavors just all around best experience I've had in a while

Excellent food close to home. We go here a lot. We dine in. We pick up and take home. We did catering for my baby shower and it was excellent. Everyone loved the food at the shower. Staff and owner are great. AlwaYs get great service and quality of food. And their blackberry margarita is off the charts!!!!

The food was great!!! A lot of food for your money! My husband and I shared the fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. We ordered a double, that was enough to feed 4 or more people. We had a lot left over to bring home. 😊

Mayan is the Best restaurant in Mt.Pleasant. No hair in the food here. I'm one of those people that inspects every bite. I've found hair in my food at the "other Mexican place" many times. Including a 12 inch long piece curled up in the salsa. How does that even happen without it being on purpose?

OMG where do I begin!!! Best chicken and mushroom quesadilla I've ever had. The tortilla soup is to die for. The staff was extremely professional and friendly. Definitely a family restaurant with a great ambiance. If you eat here you need to check out the dairy ice cream place that's right behind this place.

The best place to eat in town. I hate beans, but their refried beans are amazing. I love them. They are all so polite. Great service. Always pleased.

The food is very good and very consistent, this is currently my favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. If you order something, it's the same everytime...very consistent in appearance, texture and flavor. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Amazing service! I asked the waiter what the best item and drink was. Long story short this is perhaps the best Mexican food I have ever had. I will be back!
