Lowe's Home Improvement

Today I came in to purchase some lumber and needed them cut, it was a good bit as well. Mr Brad one of the supervisors stopped what he was doing to help me get my plywood cut which took a while in my opinion, but he was very nice about it and patient with me. I really appreciated what he did for me, he is awesome!! Thanks again

I came to purchase firewood, but it was no longer in front of the store. Kayla, a store associate, offered to locate them for me; I explained that I had twisted my knee, and walking was difficult. Her device could not give a location of the items either.. Kolby advised her that they were moved into the garden center. Kayla and Kolby brought back the bundles of firewood, where I was waiting at the checkout area.
What a great team effort!! And an impressive experience!!! I will continue to shop here.

When you need a new electronic dryer and you can't decide which one to choose because they have too many to choose from! Having special value sales made my choice easier and the amazing staff went beyond to help me out with the decision. Couldn't leave without also grabbing an amazing Christmas tree and yard decorations for our next family project!

I picked out my paint color went and got a bathroom vanity and when I finished I went to get the paint and it was ready and waiting on me. The young man loaded up the vanity and put it in the van. They were so much help and very kind. I will be back to Lowe's on Blackstock Rd in Spartanburg SC

It was nice to see the Tool reps in a Lowe's store for a change. Even though it was a Lowe's for Pro's luncheon, it allowed me to voice an opinion to my Tool line rep. This needs to happen more often because almost every time I walk onto a Depot during construction hrs I'll see a TTI rep, and personally, I'm not a fan of TTI

People are very friendly and helpful at this location. The younger guy in the flooring department was super helpful and pointed me to everything I needed

Need a hammer?
They got it.
Need a shovel?
They got it.
Need a tarp?
They got it.
Need some quick Crete?
They got it.
Need help burying the mother-in-law?
They don't got that but maybe someone outside can help. What do you want from me I'm just a review.

I am SO disappointed in Lowe's and Lowe's corporate!!! With the rising costs of inflation I just want people to be fair and Lowe's is NOT fair! I used the Lowe's app to make a purchase for 6- 2×6×12 board's and gave me one that has a big chunk missing from it.
I called them and they had very little concern for my situation. They told me to bring it back and they'll give me another one, which really sounds fair until you realize the time and money and gas I spent to go and pick it up. I get NO compensation for their mistake! Gas is $3.30 per gallon and I live 25-30 minutes away and I'm expected to eat the loss of money and buy their products?! Not no more Lowe's!
You really need to take a picture of my last transaction for this order, because it's the last time I'll ever buy from you guys again! I am now going to cut up my My Lowe's card! I live on social security disability and if this is what you think of me, then I'll do business elsewhere......

Love the employees! My father is an employee and always makes his co-workers, and customers laugh! They even make me laugh!

This is a very well stocked clean location with plenty of Parking and the friendliest staff that is very helpful. 📣Big shout out and Thanks to Danny. You really did save the day. 🙏🏼

Looking to repair my mower... Johnathan and Jarried took a professional approach to make sure that I had everything I needed to be successful. Then went to look for a impact wrench and I asked James about one and he advised that I should get another for better functionality and price... Awesome experience this time versus times previous!

Very quiet, we were able to get in and find what we needed and get out.

I wanted to recognize Tony who assisted my husband and I on 3.25.23 with our purchase of a grill and grill cover. Tony was readily available in the aisle to assist us in locating and getting the product for us. He was friendly and patient. Quite honestly, this was the best customer service I’ve had in a really long time. Thank you!!

I think this is my favorite store because I love to work on my house and I love to work outside

Parking is horrible but it’s a great store with very helpful people! The cashier, Mary, in the garden center is a wonderful employee! She’s so bubbly and helpful even after standing out there in the heat. She deserves a raise!

Lowes will always have my business. I was deeply touched w their recognition of the military service members on various holidays.

Store was clean and neat. Employees were kind and helpful.

The customer service was excellent! There was a man in the paint department who was extremely helpful in finding exactly what i needed for spray paint, and the young lady at the self checkout was very friendly! You guys made my day!

In a store this size, there's always one. So while I can't say I've ALWAYS experienced great customer service here, I have almost every visit. This store always has what I need and I've picked up many awesome, thriving plants here. I bought an appliance online and dealt with management (I believe) from this store to solve an issue. Bryan the manager was very understanding and professional when we spoke over the phone about my appliance delivery. I recommend this store.

The 5 stars go directly to Larry in appliances. We had a manufacturing defect in the microwave we purchased, and he went above and beyond to make sure we got another one that was perfect. He is a great Lowe's associate.
