My husband and I were visiting from New Mexico, we ended up purchasing a Lincoln Aviator. Luke was our salesperson and he was very professional. The entire experience was smooth, everyone was helpful and very pleasant. We recommend this dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new Ford/Lincoln vehicle.

I bought a Lincoln MKZ in 2014 and recently traded it in on a 2024 Nautilus, i believe this is one of the most advanced vehicles made today! The Lincoln service has been outstanding for the last 10 years, i highly recommend Fairway Lincoln.

Our salesman Luke was very helpful. A genuinely nice young man. Right away I felt comfortable with him. He was able to address all my questions and concerns. When he wasn’t 100% positive with his answer or didn’t know (he is fairly new to the Lincoln department) he did not hesitate to ask his colleague Vincent. Vincent graciously spent his time answering questions and going over the car features when it wasn’t his sale. I was impressed by their team work. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Service is very important to me and that is why I use Fairway Lincoln. They are definitely a cut above. Tom in the service department along with Kate are really awesome. Our experience purchasing our new 2022 Lincoln Navigator with Fairway Lincoln of Greenville was wonderful. The staff there were all very personable and made sure we felt "at home" during our visit. Our Sales consultant, Todd Thayer, went above and beyond to help us get our Lincoln ordered and then made sure ALL the many features on our Navigator were set up to our personal preferences. We ran into a problem getting my phone set up to the car. Todd immediately jumped on his phone to resolve the issue, Which was very time consuming to fix. But he was dedicated to making sure everything on our new Navigator worked properly and that we were happy when we left. Big Kudos to him!! He is an exceptional representative for Lincoln. Got my oil changed here for my Corsair and afterwards I noticed a small scratch on my door handle. Took it back and Joe was very apologetic and understanding. He was able to contact someone to get it fixed in just a couple days and it was of no charge. I also got a loaner car and had a good experience. Great service!

Kent and Donte help with all three vehicle purchases this month. All went extremely smoothly. Would definitely buy again.
