Stellar customer service from Alex and Cathy will be back and I highly recommend this dealership to everyone looking to purchase the right vehicle. They were definitely more friendlier than Roswell location and I was very pleased with my purchase. Quick process and paperwork didn’t take forever. Good selection of Maseratis clean car fax and vehicle history. Priced right thanks again Alex the store manager was very knowledgeable, Cathy finance manager was great with the paperwork process and good about following up with customers that was a plus for me and Jack the owner also followed up via emails. I finally got the one I had my eye on. This location and staff comes highly recommended.

I've been meaning to do this review for a while but being busy I put it on the back burner for a couple of months. Doing business with Maserati Lotus of Greenville was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I've never had a negative experience purchasing a car so this says a lot. Carmen was great at making the process care free and comfortable. The hospitality was something I've yet to experience and it was quick and without any issues. I recommend this dealership and I can say I will possibly do business with them in the future.

Drove all the way up from Atlanta to come here for a 2019 GTI Rabbit and it was completely worth the trip! As soon as we got in, Eli got us rolling with a test drive and gave me that extra assurance that this was the car I wanted. Helped me through the process with ease. Eli is well informed as well as the other staff. Kept me informed throughout the process and shared many great stories of his other cars and people's builds. I can say that he is a well respected member of the car community around Greenville and is well knowledgeable in all car brand models. A+ experience and will definitely keep tabs on this dealership for possible future business.

No question, I had the best online car buying experience I've had in a long time!! Karla was very patient with me as I knew what kind of Maserati Levante I wanted, but I was unaware of all the specs, bells n whistles and service options. Her customer service was exceptional, she answered every question in a timely manner, she provided me a step-by-step guide of buying an exotic car online and I honestly feel like they provided me with the best deal possible. The car was delivered a day earlier than expected, so I got a chance to joyride in the city at night, I put it in sport mode as it shredded the road. I literally can't wait to purchase another exotic from Karla. The only thing I regret is not having the ability to shake your hand, look you in the eye and say thank you for such a wonderful buying experience.

Just took ownership of our new to us Maserati and must say Maserati of Greenville has been the best experience I've had with a dealership. Very friendly and helpful staff! We drove two hours to purchase a Subaru that they had. They were extremely helpful working with us on a price in a timely manner and made the whole process easy! Mike was our salesman and David helped us with financing, both were very friendly and helpful.

Purchased a Ghibli from salesman Eli, very knowledgeable and helpful, not a bunch of sales people trying their high pressure BS like most dealers. Thank you! Finance Dept and Sales Manager not only did their jobs but actually fought for me to the Banks! My experience seemed like they want to help you purchase the car you want, not pressure you just to get some gimmicky sales stats like many many Domestic Auto Dealers!

We bought our daughters first used car here and Dave Samuels was so helpful and nice. We looked at a few cars and he is such a genuine person he helped find the bet prices safe car for our daughter. We will definitely use him if we need to purchase any more cars.

I bought a car from here recently, and the experience was flawless. My sales rep was Carmen Farrow, and she made the whole transaction smooth and easy. What made me all the more impressed is after I purchased the vehicle, my DMV threw me into a bureaucratic nightmare that was of no fault of the dealer. Megan EcElrath went above and beyond in helping sort things out with my state. These folks helped me well after the transaction. Went to purchase a Quattroporte from out of town and had clear communication with the dealer throughout the whole process. Eli was especially helpful in showing me the car and guiding me through the buying process, and everyone else was friendly and accommodating as well. Overall a great first time buying experience.
