We were SOO impressed with Cooks coordination, service, and installation of our carpet in our new home. We asked a lot in trying to get carpet put in just a few days after we closed on a house, and Chuck and his team went above and beyond to accommodate us. We were so impressed with everything from the first visit with Kyle helping us pick out carpet, to every person who helped install the carpet. I would highly recommend Cooks for your carpet and flooring needs. Wonderful people to work with!

I recently had them install new flooring throughout my entire house, and the result was amazing. Beginning with Kyle, the Flooring Specialist who immediately took charge of the whole process, and Chuck Cook who came out to measure and gave his opinion on what would work best in my 80 year old house, this entire transaction was ideal. The installation crew -Jeff, Michael and Lucas - are awesome. They are a very efficient, professional and neat team of guys. You will definitely be glad you chose Cook's!

Chuck and his guys did great for us. We did two homes in Waynesville with them and we were extremely satisfied. Competitive pricing and they delivered to our home and actually separated the order to each room we were doing.
