Not only is the food good and the atmosphere cozy and inviting but the staff is amazing. From Karen greeting me as soon as I come in to Fred preparing my food. Tara likes to give me a hard time. It feels like Cheers where everyone knows my name.

This location is large with lots of seating. The staff was friendly. The food was quick and hot.

This is a great spot on Woodruff rd if you’re looking for a quick and healthy bite to eat, they have lots of great choices on the menu, soup, salads, endless amount of choices, of course their bagels are fabulous! You can get the bagel dozen deal every Tuesday for $7.99 a great price for some great bagels, make sure you download the Panera app and get a free pastry for your birthday 🥳

Yummy food and timely service, employees were kind and hard working. I recommend a Pick 2 of the bacon turkey bravo sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup or broccoli macaroni and cheese

I was in the Greenridge store on 8/12, just before 2:30. I was waiting for my food when I realized the time. I said to my niece, "We don't have time to eat." For the record, I meant in the restaurant. I would definitely make sure my niece ate. ANYWAY, Charmaine (I believe) overheard and interjected, "We will pack this for you to go." She moved our order to the front of her queue. We got our food in about 1 minute and were on our way. It wasn't just her engagement, which she didn't have to do, or her helpfulness in going above and beyond to solve a problem that wasn't hers. I was most struck by her calm and kind demeanor.
I wanted her to call the manager over so I could give her props, but she is the manager. Makes sense. What a boss.
Food was good.

Great management and service. A great place to for meeting friends and making new ones. Located next to a lovely water fountain courtyard and a lovely walkway to a bookseller across the way.

Loving the new warm grain bowls. A yummy mix of flavors. This is the Mediterranean without chicken. Definitely adds to my #EnjoyingBeing.

Always like eating at Panera locations around town. Food is always good.

This is a very convenient place to meet people and work. There is plenty of space available and the atmosphere better than some places. It is a good office on the road as well. It is much less crowded than the branch at Haywood.

I had an unusual experience happened, where I received a confirmation email for an order. However, I didn't place an order. I realized my panera account was hacked. The person was able to log into my account and place an order for pick up at the Woodruff location in South Carolina.

Since I am in Portland, Oregon, I was confused on how they had hacked it. But I was able to call the Woodruff location and an associate (I believe his name was Jake) was able to assist me. He was able to cancel and refund the order.

He even called later to let me know what happened when the person who placed it tried to pick it up. Definitely appreciate the associate!

Look, my beef with PB is their prices being soooo high and for the portions is not a fair trade. The quality of PB food IS good, but too highly priced
That said, this store has the kindest and coolest staff from manager J, to other manager T to counter K, all awesome .. and I've been visiting here for a couple years now.
So overall, I definitely say, Get Some!!

Love Panera , had the chicken wild rice soup and a sandwich with a green tea and a cookie , never can eat it all at one time so had most of the sandwich and cookie for later , very good !

Came in for some breakfast; the staff was polite and kind, and my food was ready within minutes (ordered 4 items)! A great place to get a quick bite!

I love Panera. I've already reviewed it for two of their locations, pre-Covid. Since Covid, my daughter and I have ordered delivery multiple times. I'd always been pleased with their delivery option, but had an issue with my last order. Having been left on my own, post surgery, and not having done any food shopping yet, I placed an order for delivery of one my favorite salads. Sadly, the kitchen of my local restaurant made an error, and sent me the wrong salad. One that I would never have chosen to eat. Upset and disappointed, and with no food choices in the house, I called their customer service department. My call was handled by one of the most professional and caring representatives I've ever dealt with. She handled my problem with an equitable solution and a very sincere apology. It was a wonderful reflection of the great value that Panera places on customer satisfaction. Will I order delivery from them again? You bet I will!

Great and quick service. Staff was wonderful when tablets lost connection and quickly jumped into action to take care of guest. You could tell staff enjoyed working there.

My wife and I go to Panera almost every day. We have a limited selection because we follow Caldwell Esselstyn's low fat, plant-based, heart disease reversing diet (dresselstyn.com). This diet includes no oil, no animal products; basically low fat vegan. Being like local, is how one review video described their goal. This is absolutely correct.
We have 3 Panera restaurants close by and we tend to go to one most often, but all three store managers have known us. Every morning we see about 5 or 6 persons or even groups that are in the restaurant every day. The manager, Josh and assistant managers, Tara and Karen, all know us and we share our lives with each other. Even the employees show interest in the customers. During the pandemic, some stores stopped baking sesame bagels, but one store knew that was our regular order and made them anyway so we would not miss them!

Biggest Panera I’ve ever been too! Fast and great service, food is awesome as always, perfect atmosphere for my work meeting!

Friendly and fast service. Food is always on point and if you have any issues the employees are happy to make it right

Came early for a Bible study. The place was perfect for our small group to meet. Food came out fast and the coffee was delicious. I probably drank a little too much but it was fantastic - couldn't resist. Will be returning!
