The best way to start this review is to say this. They don't sell siding, doors and windows. But if you need lights, hardware for lights, bathtubs, faucets, shower heads, lights for every room, hot water heaters. They got it all. Very high quality on their products. The staff is very very knowledgeable on all topics related to the products they sell. We had the great honor of being helped by Tim McLamb. He was such a wealth of knowledge on all topics. Tim took the time to tell you the pros and cons and was not just a salesman but went above the call of duty to make sure we got the best bang for our money. Thanks Shallotte Electric and Tim for great service. We will see you again.

Just an incredible store! Great selection of plumbing and lighting fixtures. We worked with Tim. Tim know his stuff, got us terrific prices and has the patience of a saint! He spent many hours with us and was pleasant from start to finish! He's a really Great Guy!!! Many Thanks Tim!

My new go to place For All of my appliance and lighting needs They put the big Box stores To shame.Mis Tina in the showroom has helped me tremendously. Great service and product knowledge And very fair pricing With old fashioned Commitment. And they don't sell junk.

Went in to buy a kitchen slink and faucet. 45 minutes later purchase was done. Extremely helpful staff. Incredible amount of products for kitchen and bath. I will be going back there to pick out Pendent lighting for my kitchen counters.

As usual shalotte hardware had what I needed. Dealing with a local operation that has someone to help you is why I use them. The big box stores lack customer service and i only use them when I have no other choice.

We built a house a year ago and could not have done it without SES. The best people to work with. Tim was really great. He would know what we needed when we didn't.

This is my new go-to place when I'm in a fix to make something work. Had a new kitchen faucet and the post fitting wouldn't secure properly under the sink. After trying several different nuts, he finally cut a pvc spacer that works perfectly. Great attention and assistance! I'm so pleased to have a new working faucet. Thanks Shallotte Electric!

There needs to be more star options for Shallotte Electric. I can't recommend them enough. Hands down the best place you can possibly go for premiere customer service. Shallotte Electric is the definition of "family business" and why they will always be my first choice for virtually anything!

Ronnie and the lady... Sorry I don't remember her name... Helped me out today during two visits... My older mobile home has an attic vent fan that literally cannot be found anywhere. How nice it was to find a motor and a fan blade that worked. Sure beat me having a rodding company and paying them 400 dollars versus spending less than 50.

My water softener stopped working and we waited a week for 'our guy' who never came. I called these folks and in less than two hours Ronnie Gore showed up. Fixed problem in ten minutes. Wow! God bless you great folks

Shallotte Electric has plumbing supplies as well so don't be fooled by the name. I shop at the store in Southport, it has a home town feel just like the Shallotte branch in Shallotte. They also have a professional grade materials & fixtures not like the plastic internal parts from a Big box store!
