I ordered strings and immediately noticed I ordered the wrong ones. I emailed them of the fix and the accommodated the change the same day. They even dismissed the small price difference. My strings arrived quickly and as ordered.

So clutch that I can order just a single string when needed! One of my newer 12-string strings had just snapped, and it was a perfect situation for where just that one string is needed without having to buy a whole set. I found the string I needed easily on their website and placed an order for a few backup sets as well. Easy ordering experience, fast and free shipping, and little touches that make it apparent that you're dealing with a shop that actually cares about their customers. Strings and Beyond is the best. I'm in Canada and never have issues with them, when they do free shipping to Canada I hit them hard with an order. It's always fast, and correct. Plus, they have things I can't get at my locals without special ordering, Martin retro for example. Love this company!

I received the wrong product in my recent order. As soon as the company was notified, an exchange was arranged. Shipping was super fast. Anyone can make a mistake. They made it right very quickly and professionally. Can’t ask more than that!

Strings and Beyond are the best! They have great prices, fast shipping, and an excellent selection of guitar strings. On my most recent order, I thought that I did not receive the package, only to learn that it was hidden away in an unlikely place in my house. Jen was great to work with about sending a replacement package.

I appreciate the little hand written “thanks for your order” on the invoice, and they always throw in a few picks! That extra bit of thoughtfulness goes a long way and I feel like I’m ordering from friends, even from out here in the northwest. ;)

It would have to be dire circumstances for me to buy strings from anywhere else. Last week was my first experience and I'm already a fan - from the online experience to a handwritten note on my invoice, it was all top notch. How customer service should operate!

Recently ordered strings for a violin and one broke upon restringing. Upon inquiry if there was a recall on the string set, 'Strings and Beyond" replied no, but sent a replacement string despite the fact that they do not manufacture them. Have ordered guitar and mandolin stings and found them to be very competitively priced with frequent holiday discounts. They won me with the responsive, over-the-top customer service....
