Nice place to eat breakfast. Buffet or menu. Friendly service. Pleased with the food. I liked the respect given to our fallen service men and women, along with fallen law enforcement officers. Veterans welcomed.

We stopped in yesterday, Sunday, for the breakfast buffet which was very satisfying. Standard fare of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, shredded potatoes as well as potatoes O'Brien. You can also have the kitchen cook you up pancakes if you like. We did just that and our one pancake each was huge and delicious. Everything at the breakfast station was hot and very tasty. A terrific bargain for $8.99 a person. The staff was warm, friendly and we had a nice little chat with our waitress. The place is VERY clean. I can confidently recommend this place for breakfast. We'll be going back during the week to try the Thursday night prime rib special and the Friday night all you can eat fish fry.

Granpa's recipes are safe and secure. Bc the food was straight slammin! Im tawm bot Finger licking good. Mmmm mm. I might have ta slide through a few more times.

Awesome place very friendly 😀...and willing to feed a hungry trucker via delivery...haven't ate the food yet but will update when I do...just being willing to deliver to a hungry driver is worth 5 stars...update: worth every penny 😋 delicious

Welcoming and great food. The buffet offered a wonderful selection for lunch ranging from meat loaf, pork chop, chicken, cooked cabbage, greens, mashed potatoes, grave and more. Two at our table enjoyed. Two others opted for BLTs with fries or onion rings and they enjoyed. I feasted on the special of day, smoked prime rib and loaded baked potAtoe. All was most fresh and very tasty. Wait staff was attentive and personable.

Wife And I luv eating at this wonderful place the owner Angie is a sweetheart down to earth an very kind! Food was fresh and delicious the staff is wonderful! We will be returning every chance we get!! And recommending !

I eat there quite a bit. The food is always Outstanding... and generous portions. I've never been disappointed. All the waitresses are very nice and stay with your need's as you eat.
Angie, the owner is very nice and makes you feel welcome and that your satisfied. She also ensures if you are a veteran that you get the Veteran's discount.
Atmosphere is also Outstanding, with a
tribute table set displaying support for our Law enforcement officer's and Military Veterans. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸👍🙏

When you first walk in you noticed the table set for 13, as you look around the corner there's a table set for law enforcement, look to you Right and there's a table set for the pows.
I ate all for the buffet everything on there was delicious. You can obviously tell that it is home cooking.
This was the first time I had been there but I will be back many times.
Service was great. The waitress was very informative about the food
The owner even came over to see if we needed anything else.

Good stop for breakfast. Arrived as they were transitioning the buffet to lunch(about 10:20) but we're able to enjoy a delicious, hot Carolina breakfast. Courtney did a great job in servicing our table and explaining the buffet and menu choices. Prices were very reasonable

Very Clean, Service is great, Staff is friendly and very homey. Food is amazing, full of flavor and you can tell it’s all homemade from the fatback in the vegetables to the meatloaf and the salad bar—it is out of this world!

The owner comes out to check on you and is very kind and personable. She makes you feel like she’s known you forever and like your a part of the family.

Visited Grandpa Charlie’s for dinner. Had Smoked prime rib. It was delicious. Not your usual prime rib. But enjoyed every bite. My husband had pork chops green beans & carrots. Said very tasty. It is clean service was good.

Great homegrown cooking! We had breakfast and the price and portions were good! Service was good too! Everyone checked in on us and were quick to refill drinks or get anything else we needed. Will definitely be back the next time we're in the area.

It’s always been very clean and all the staff have been very friendly. The food is good on the buffet. The salad bar is delicious! Last time my husband ordered the rib eye steak and also got a salad. He said it was good. I love a salad bar with lots to choose from and everything is fresh and delicious! The staff are helpful and friendly. You never run out of anything. The owner comes out of the kitchen and greets her customers. We highly recommend Grandpa Charlie’s!

When dining and Andrews Grandpa Charlie's is hard to beat. I would probably say so even if it was not probably the only dine-in restaurant that isn't fast food or Mexican left in the little town. The addition of the dinner buffet is an excellent choice. For a healthier option the salads they prepare are of a generous portion and seem to contain most everything out of the garden. The breakfast buffet is as equally delightful. I can't really say that it would be a heart healthy choice but it definitely is a heart stopping meal. I wish them ever continued success and a long service life to the area.

Enjoying a wonderful meal at Grandpa Charley’s. Josie and Granny Mae’s warm and caring personalities set the tone for a relaxing meal. The food is amazing the Absolute best gravy and biscuits we have ever had! If you want a warm, caring and cozy experience I highly recommend you make the trip to Grandpa Charley’s they will not disappoint!

New place in Andrews, buffet style, all day breakfast on Sunday including a waffle/omelette station. Prices are great. 3 of us and 2 drinks was $32. All of the food was very good and friendly service. They said they’ve only been open a few weeks. I hope they are successful. This will be our new go-to when we are in the area.

We had a phillycheese steak sandwich & a chicken wrap. Both had amazing flavor. We subbed salads for fries & were not disappointed, salad bar was fresh with lots of options. We didn’t try the fries or onions rings, we saw some orders come out that looked yummy. We will be back. Best of luck to our new neighbors!

Your Thanksgiving meal was absolutely delicious. We were very pleased with the service and the wonderful meal. The smoked Turkey was out of this world as we don't usually care for turkey but that was great. Hope you do a wonderful meal like that at Christmas.

Didn't do a lot of research on where to eat, found this place 20 mins away and headed over. Was surprised that they had a breakfast buffet. We tried it. It was okay. Not spectacular. Not bad. I would return. The service was good.
