Hampton Inn Cleveland

Awesome staff! Know how to make you feel welcome on the property. Even had a special treat for the furry four legged quest. Property and rooms very clean and fully supplied. No strange odors. When visiting the Cleveland area this will be my home.

First class service! The entire staff are helpful and happy to make my stay top notch. I’m on the road 2 to 4 nights every week and have become very particular in my accommodations and they check all the boxes!!

I was absolutely satisfied with the overall service and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was large and very comfortable, extra fluffy towels were already there and I didn't have to call for anything. I was very pleased with the welcoming and the checkout. The young lady was very courteous.

I truly enjoyed my stay. Everything was nicely cleaned, the bed was so comfortable, and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was also very friendly. All I can say is awesome.

The entire staff was nothing short of amazing. The love my family and I felt from the moment we began making reservations until checking out on our final day was remarkable. The manager Veronica Beamon is clearly leading by example because every single staff member we came in contact with treated us like we were their family. Special thanks to Deontya Webb for remaining cool, calm and collective regardless of how many times we called prior to arriving or came to the front desk during his shifts. I will never forget this entire experience because this staff set the bar extremely high for all other industries where customer service can make or break your business.

So I am bad luck had a dead door lock... then the heater was not working previous tenant jacked with the ac instead of the thermostat but the service there was above and beyond. Gentleman named Nick made sure I was absolutely taken care of! Rooms were nice and modern looking and feeling!

My colleague and I were traveling for business and decided to stay at this Hampton Inn. We were greeted and checked-in by a young lady name Shay. She was very welcoming, easy to speak to and very helpful. It makes your stay a little better when the staff is as professional and helpful as she was. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable andbthe breakfast was setup very nice. Bathtubs could use a few updates but overall it was as a nice stay for one night!

I'm excited to say that I had a wonderful 4 night stay! The room was clean, the customer service was great and the breakfast was good! Whenever I return to Cleveland Mississippi I will stay here.

I loved my stay at the Hampton Inn in Cleveland MS. It was not a pleasure trip but a trip to say goodbye to my brother who had passed. So you know the staff had to be extremely good for me to take this time to write excellent things about them. I want to thank them once again!

The young lady; Zackeica Cooper ( Alkia ) really tried to help me. I used the online booking website and the website over charged me; for no show on an error from the booking website. Ms Cooper really fraught my case, she was very kind. I’m so glad she was there. I haven’t received my refund from the website yet; but it wasn’t from her lack of trying. I really like The Hampton Inn but I will never use the online booking services again. June 24-June 26, 2022.

I’ve always had great stays at this Hampton Inn, but my stay this past week was exceptional. In addition to the friendly staff at the front desk for check in and check out, they went above and beyond this time when they found my phone number to let me know that I had left my Kindle Fire in the room. I was still in the area and was able to go back by the hotel and pick it up at the front desk. Thanks very much!!!

IM here on BUSINESS. the rooms are BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS. working LONG AND HARD NIGHTS. So With that said My. opinion is GREAT. WORKING 12's the humidity is THICK so it's HARD to WALK afterwards.I Will be staying here AGAIN and AGAIN.

Eljay at the front desk was the perfect example of customer service. He would be there reason I would return to this hotel if I was in the area. Above and beyond. The rooms were very nice, the night reception and breakfast were ok. Pretty standard

This was a great stop. Staff was outstanding. Pouring rain on motorcycle trip, and they took me in made everything about that day better.

The staff there is always very courteous from what I've seen delivering pizzas to the respective rooms. They even order from time to time and always treat me with a smile when I arrive (probably because of the pizza).

I was not a guest but had family staying there while in town. Everything was nice and the lobby was a nice place to sit with family. The staff was very nice.

Staff was friendly and caring. Rooms were very clean. Nice weekend experience!!

Great Cozy Place in the Heart of the DELTA! Love Breakfast, especially the oatmeal! Room clean and Cozy!

Great rooms and great service. I love the guest reception here with drinks and food. Great place to relax.
