Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

This was my first time at a Zaxby’s and man it was so good. I had the loaded fries as well as one of the combo meals. The garlic buffalo sauce is better than bw’s, everything was fresh and the customer service was excellent. The owner actually took time out to have a conversation with me, which I appreciated too.

Me and a friend went out to get some food here, since it's a new location, and we wanted to see how it was. We enter the building, almost immediately greeted with kindness! The atmosphere was perfect, except the plain sound of a regular fast food location, could use some music.

Food:

We order our food and had it done around 12 minutes afterwards of ordering, and it was a 10/10! Hot and ready, but here come why its not a 5 star food rating, the food had a bit of a metal taste to it, like as in melted/ and or shaved metal.

Service:

Amazing employees! We had a great conversation Like actual human beings while they were waiting for other customers!

Finally got to try them out and MANNNN ITS SO GOOD - LOADED FRIESSS!! Depending on what time you go and if you see they are packed - don’t act slow please- THEYRE TRYING THEIR BEST!😗🤍

Good food and service was good very clean parking lot and inside very nice for a fast food restaurant would go back nicer and less trashy than other ones for sure. Would recommend!

Came in at 315. Brand new location. People were nice. Chicken was hot. Fries Luke warm. Worst part was every booth was dirty. Trash cans were dirty. Food on floors. Girl came through the dining room but didn't even bother to clean off the tables. We had to sit at a table due to no clean booths. Nice facility but needs some cleanliness training 101

Well it looks like this place has caught the same disease as almost every other establishment in Magee. Irs the “I’m lazy, don’t care about customers or my job in general” disease.
Did an online order. Walked in and the RBF look and the managers face almost made be turn around. So I figured I’d I smiled and tried to make eye contact it would change. Well, I was wrong about that one. Rolled her eyes and walked away. So I washed my hands and went back to the counter again. I timed my wait. I stood there for 4 minutes and twenty seconds before this young girl called out my wife’s name. The manager was a female, had glasses and a grey tshirt on. She was more worried about something else with the drive thru guy than to acknowledge her customers I guess. I will only be back when I’m desperate enough.
If we treated people like that where I work I would be written up on the spot. Without customer service, customers will go somewhere else. Nuff said. Laters.

This place is new so I’ve tried to give it a fair shot by coming by 3-4 times. With the exception of the first time, it has gone downhill since. People are friendly but fries are not done and something is ALWAYS missing from my order. The last 3 times I didn’t get napkins and my sauce was missing. The last two times I came there were barely any customers there so I don’t look for this place to last long. That’s a shame!

I want to start off by saying this review is in no way directed towards the workers. I went through the Drive Thru on my break so I didn’t see the food until I got back to work. This review is to whomever is ordering those infant size chicken strips to serve to customers. The menu pictures are catfishing the public and very deceitful if what I received is truly the normal size they are suppose to be. I got there before they opened so it was, indeed fresh. But no one should order a whole combo and still be hungry after they finish a whole meal. I was given only one sauce, and Usually one sauce would be an issue but in this case, the strips was so small I had sauce left over…That’s how small they were. This was my first & last time going here .. Please do better .

My girlfriend and her family wanted to treat me to dinner here, but I wanted to order my own stuff since the app makes discount offers. Immediately when the orders wouldn't go through I was a little upset. I decided to go up to the register and order, but was not even spoken to once. I stood right up against it ready to order but not a single employee out of the 7 that were in the front of house even glanced at me. My girlfriend's father's order was taken incorrectly, as his fries were supposed to be subbed for extra slaw, and he went and asked for some. The girl at the counter asked if the order was dine-in or to-go, which shouldn't matter in the first place. Eventually, after they tended to EVERY other customer except me, the woman at the register, who did not have a name tag, but was the shortest out of them all, and should be written up or something, because she looked AROUND me, to the man behind me, and said "Lemme take your order" and he moves right in front of me and starts ordering with no problem. Horrible service that Tyler O'Neal and Ole Brook should investigate and put to an end immediately.
