Chuck Cooper and his team did a phenomenal job taking care of me after my accident in early January. As soon as the accident happened, I contacted Chuck and he immediately started my claim. My claim was started and finished within a week, whereas it took Nationwide almost a month after the accident to contact me. Chuck scheduled me a rental and had a tow truck ready for me all within an hour after the accident. Lacey, is knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
