Lyric Hotel West End, Ascend Hotel Collection

Check in was fast and the front desk attendants were nice and friendly. Room and lobby were very clean, bed was cozy and had a large tv. Doesn't have any type of breakfast available you have to goto the restaurant across the parking lot. Does have free coffee and there is a mini Starbucks in the lobby. Wasn't really an issue for me buy it's worth noting. Nice place to stay

We stayed at this hotel in May 2022. This is one of the best hotels in the Cleveland Mississippi area! The rooms were spotless! The entire hotel was clean and very up to date. The staff were excellent. If ever in this area again, I would definitely stay here.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the Mississippi Delta. It’s very close to the Delta State University. The whole facility is newer and in excellent condition.
Service was superior. I booked the room directly w their staff and our stay was great. I had a minor problem that was immediately handled by Wendy.
The staff is great and I plan to return.
The grounds are nice and they offer a range of housing options from a nice typical hotel building to large guest rooms in a plantation style building. Pick the plantation building and you’ll love it.

One of my best hotel experiences 🙌, Gina was exceptional, she even went as far as to check the room to make sure the air was on and the beds were made 👌. She explained everything clearly. The next morning she had my points account working properly, something the last attendant held me on the phone for almost 30 mins to do, but apparently didn't. Just can say enough for good service like this!!

Our stay was great . Exactly like pictures . Front desk was helpful I think her name was Jazmyne she went above and beyond for guest . Room was clean, beds were comfy . Definitely will stay again when we visit

The building is beautiful... Tasteful and elegant design inside and outside create a cozy and inviting atmosphere while art pays tribute to various jazz and blues artists.

The service was impeccable...Anna greeted and checked us in with a smile. The following morning, a guest in the adjoining room was playing music pretty loudly. I called down to the front desk and Kierre took care of it IMMEDIATELY. We had no other issues for the remainder of our stay.

The room was gorgeous...The bathrooms boast a trendy style that's clean and modern. We were only staying for a weekend, but could stayed for 3 more days with all the towels we were stocked with. The water pressure in the shower was PERFECT. The beds were soft and quite comfortable. I loved the lighting, artwork and accent wall. The TVs even had FREE Hulu!😳 We'll definitely be staying here on our next trip down south💕.

Me and my wife and her sister stayed there. The beds are comfortable and the people are friendly. The property is AMAZING. The only thing that I will ding them on is the bathroom sink is to small and the toilet didn't have enough water pressure to flush good, but other than that We Loved It will definitely stay there again!!!

The newest hotel in the city. Worth every penny. Was able to get a room that was available on a Monday night while in town for an overnight stay. Quiet throughout the night. No disturbances. Housekeeping was already in motion around 8am as I was leaving to grab breakfast. No breakfast in the hotel, but there are restaurants right outside of the lobby door within 25 feet or less. Easy and quick check in and check out. Very very clean hotel. Pool closed for the season during my visit. Also, a gas station across the road that serves a very cheap but very good Mississippi breakfast. Try reserving this hotel online through "Choice Hotels" or "Ascend Hotel Collection". Or just Google it. You're going to love your stay. I know I did! And I'll be back, if I'm in need in the future.

1st time back in Cleveland in yrs, but was very please with the stay and quality of this new hotel. There were a couple slight water pressure issues but Ana was such an awesome help in time of need. If you stay at Lyric ask for Ana, she was great.

One of the best places to stay in the Delta! Beautiful building, large rooms, and an awesome, accommodating staff! This will be my first choice whenever I'm in the Delta.

Oasis on the middle of Delta Mississippi. Elaborate event management, excellent restaurants, huge property for indoor and outdoor events.

This was a girl's trip. We had a beautiful time.
