I went to Macdonald this morning around 8:30 I loved the headset people they amazing. Line was moving smooth fast service and everything I order hot cakes , sausages ,and hash browns it was perfect just wanted to thank y’all for the great breakfast ❤‼

Miss Coleman and her crew at this location are the best. How many times have you gone to a McDonald’s and at least seven of the crew members has great customer service. Thank you Miss Coleman and your crew for such a great experience on today September 21.

Best burger I had in a while and it was worth the 30 min wait. The cashier was kind rude and they work real slow but yet still worth it

Was not very snappy service and had to wait a bit. When I got my food was some of the best mcdonalds I have ever had. Even though I had to wait and others got served before me, burgers were warm and fresh, fries were warm, salted and just the right amount.

I always judge a restaurant by how clean the restrooms are. These restrooms were clean and the staff friendly and very helpful.

I like the new remodel and the kiosk instead is quick and easy to use. I always enjoy the sausage biscuit with a warm specialty coffee.

The workers are all very friendly and helpful. They will help you with the self order kiosk if you need help. I ordered an iced coffee with no cream and the lady who took my order double checked with the person making the coffee that it had no cream which I really appreciated because I do not eat or drink dairy products. :) Great staff and updated interior!

Love the new way you can place your order using the machine when you first enter inside. Fast friendly service the young ladies had a beautiful smile on there faces. The bathroom was clean which is a plus for me.

Young lady by the name of Shaneice(apologies if spelled incorrectly), took my order today in drive-thru and she was awesome! Her voice was pleasant, she didn't interrupt me while I was giving her my order and she read it back to now(which doesn't happen often). Thank you

This store is the best of all that I have ever patronized. The staff was friendly, the food was good and hot, and service was exceptionally fast.
Biscuit was so light and flaky coffee was perfect.
I see why it was so crowded

Although the line was long, both inside and out, when we arrived we didn't have to wait long. They asked us to pull into one the parking spaces so that they could drop fresh fries. The strawberry milkshake was delicious as well as the fish sandwich and fries. Both the fish sandwich and fries were fresh and hot. It's been a long time since we have visited this location and this was a reminder of why we used to visit so often whenever we come to Cleveland.

Its hard to find a decent McDonald's. I was pleasantly suprised with this one. The atmosphere was warm and comfortable. Food was good. Place was clean. Staff was friendly.

Food always fresh but service is very slow

This was the best McDonald's we've been to everyone was so nice, very clean,good food. It's nice when your on Vacation and your hungry and you walk into a place and get smiles and greeted.
