Shay at front desk was very friendly, and made sure I had a good room for myself, and my pet. The room was clean, and I liked it. I was concerned with safety sense i was alone, but everything was great . I'll stay there again.

James the manager is amazing and very helpful! Housekeeping usually always have a smile on their face. Free bag breakfast. Out of the other hotels and inns it's definitely safer location and less drama. Welcoming of service animals. When others turned me away!

It’s not much to look at. But the staff were extremely nice, house keeping comes by daily, and when you walk into the room I rented you can smell cleaner from where it had just been cleaned. Close to all restaurants. The hotel is old the rooms are a bit out dated but the bedding was clean, towels clean, room was clean, and comfortable. There are some people that seem like permanent residents but they are al l very kind, and won’t bother you! Overall for the price you pay to stay for the week it is 100% what you pay for.

I needed a place to stay for a low price. I was concerned I might have to stay in a dump but this was not the case. The room was clean, mattress was comfortable, Jessica at the front desk was very kind, breakfast was good and the rate was reasonable. I’ve paid a lot more for worse service and quality. I would stay here again.

One of best hotels in Cleveland! The pool side is relaxing though it could use some shade. The breakfast was delicious as well. When it's check out time, no one is rushing you in a rudely manner! I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. The price is great as well!

Was the only place available for the weekend and the young servant at front desk during Feb 25th or 26th was soo awesome forgot her name but she was working around the time I was there visiting from California and I appreciate her going above and beyond considering we were 3000 miles away from home

The clerk was nice and the room was amazing the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious overall it was wonderful I will definitely stay there again

Not a bad location. Room was clean and quiet. Cable TV, microwave and fridge in room.

House keeping was great, the room was ok,they try to filled all your needs

We enjoyed our stay here and my boyfriend enjoyed the breakfast buffet!
