Warrenton License Office

My first time going to the warrenton location, I usually go to the Wentzville one. This is my new place, they have a streamlined process that makes for an easy visit. Kristin helped me today and was amazing.

The fastest DMV trip ever! Thankful that there was a new (2nd day working there) lady who helped my get in and out with renewing my tags! Thanks again and see you in 2 years.

I have been there multiple times. All of the people I have come into contact with are very courteous and very helpful...and I am in and out in a reasonable amount of time. It is a LOT faster than Wentzville.

This DMV is the game changer of DMVS. The ladies there are so sweet and you can tell they actually love what they do! Their office and set up/operations should be implemented across all DMVs! I’m officially looking forward to coming back for future needs! :)

I visited the office in the afternoon to get a replacement ID, I didn't have to wait long to be seen and the process didn't take long at all either. Overall I was very pleased with the service.

Best one around. The staff is very helpful before you get in line and wait.

Recently purchased a car and needed to get the registration completed. I usually stop at the Washington office, but was going to be in Warrenton anyway so used their office for the first time. The service was great and very organized. I was concerned when I first arrived because they were really busy, but they ended up being very efficient and got me in and out in a matter of minutes. The ladies were all also very nice, something that I can't say for my usual DMV. Given it's only an extra ten minutes out of my way, I'll be using this office for any future needs as that ten minutes is saved in service speed and quality.

Nicest DMV I've ever been to. Place looks modern and doesn't feel like a government agency office at all. Love the way they actually have a receptionist/greeter to get you to the right place instead of a bunch of signs and queue barriers. Got me in and out very quickly, and everybody there was very knowledgeable. Appreciate the service here!

The host (didnt get her name) that greets you at door is super! She is full of information to give you so you have all documents needed before heading to checkout. Amy at checkout was just as great! Both employees were smiling and made a tag office trip actually friendly and enjoyable, not just a government chore.

This is the best license place I've been by far, the wait was small and the staff was incredibly helpful, there was a very helpful lady named Rebecca by the front desk that checked if I had the right papers before I sat down to wait, I drove in from a while just to get to this one because the thirty minute drive is worth avoiding the two and a half hour wait from my local one.

That Reagan girl was best and made my whole time the best experience I have ever had at a dmv

Definitely the most efficient and friendly DMV I've been to. I always go in expecting to spend at least an hour or so of my day and get out in less than 30 minutes. Keep up the good work!

Live in Ofallon Mo was a 3 hour wait at our local license office so decided to make the trip to the Warrenton office. Was definitely worth the trip was in and out in no time, and the customer service was great!!

Melisa was so wonderful to work with! Best experience we've ever had at a DMV. Actually everyone there was super nice. They have truly turned it around from when it was at the other location. You feel the customer service the moment you walk in the door. They even offer coffee and water, but we didn't have to wait long enough to even grab one. Melisa really has done an amazing job with this office. Kudos to the Chamber for bringing her in board!

UPDATE: NEW LOCATION!! Shopping mall, opposite from Rural King. Getting license plate: nice experience. We had all the paperwork needed and the money for the vehicle. We had to wait. You get a number to get in line outside / your car. Saturday’s get there early (only about 30-35 people...some people have to leave / don’t have correct things). PLAN AHEAD

Just read the other comments! Definitely the weirdest DMV experience I've ever had. It was actually enjoyable sitting in there waiting. The place is great!!! A nice lady at the front door to greet you and help out all of the confused old people. I love it!

Rude!! Very unprofessional staff!! Will be glad when they get new employees.

After suffering 19 years of inefficiencies and indifferent attitudes at the Wentzville License Office I decided to give the Warrenton License Office a try. The difference was night and day and totally worth the short drive!! This was immediately apparent when I walked in the front door and was greeted with a smile by a young lady behind a desk who asked me what business I was there to conduct. Once I told her, she then asked if I’d like her to check my paperwork. What a relief to know that I wouldn’t be forced to “stand in line” for over an hour just to hear a smug comment that I was missing one document and would have to come back later. Did I say “stand in line”? Well you won’t have to worry about that in the Warrenton License Office because the same young lady that greets you will also hand you a number. You can then find a comfortable place or “chair” (yes I said chair) to sit in and wait until your number is called. You also won’t have to worry about a massive wait time because only one employee is available to handle titling of vehicles All of the employees there seemed to be trained to handle whatever business you might need to conduct. When I approached the window I was once again greeted with a smile and offered another “chair” (yes I said chair) to sit in while I conducted my business. The young lady I dealt with was pleasant, highly efficient, and seemed genuinely sincere in wanting to help me complete my business in the least amount of time possible. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. On the way out I was thanked for stopping by and given a “Merry Christmas”. Kudos to the employees at the Warrenton License Office for making my visit an enjoyable one and earning ALL of my future business when it comes to my motor vehicle needs.
