Mattress Goddess

Rented a 6x12 foot trailer last week. Glad I got the big one! Holds a lot, and I had more than I thought. All good, very clean trailer, like new. Contract and paperwork handled in a professional manner. Would highly recommend and will use again in the future! This is a small town, and it's just a one person operation. So it's good to be a little patient if he has several customers at once. He showed me a return trailer someone dropped off dirty. Its so easy to just sweep them clean. We are fortunate he is open Saturdays too! Thanks!

I got the UHaul as reserved. The condition was new. The process was easy. I had a delightful experience in a one of a kind place. The gentleman who assisted me was very informative and nice.

Went here to rent a U-haul truck. Made the reservation online and completely messed it up. The guy was very understanding and worked it all out for me. He never let me accept any blame and kept a smile on his face the whole time. He even let me use his broom to sweep out the back of the truck when I returned it. The gentleman who runs this place is very kind. Went there to rent a uhaul, saw his selection of beds and ended up leaving with a bed set for my guest room. He is very willing to make deals and I believe even does payment options for those who need that. A great salesman and doesnt push you to buy anything.

Fascinating owner, excellent prices, incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Stayed open just to help us get the correct size trailer ball hitch, told us WHERE to get it, installed it, helped us pick the correct size U - haul for our needs.

Lee and Cookie are super nice people. They really seem to care about their customers. Had a minor issue with my mattress and the owners went way out of their way to get me a brand new mattress, which ended up being an upgrade.

I got an education on mattresses here, it made the mattress buying process/decision so easy! This store only sells local, North Carolina made mattresses. The same quality choices as name brands, except made in NC, they sold me!!

U haul rental agent. Reserved appliance dolly 3 weeks in advance. It wasn't! Was told we would receive refund but we didn't. Had to call uhaul to obtain. Won't be visiting this agent again.

Got charged a cleaning fee when it was returned spotless. We swept out the back of the truck and it was exactly as we got it, but still charged $25. When I inquired, was told to take it up with the 800 number. Honestly, I don't have the time or energy to spend an hour fighting for my $25 back. The actual truck we got which was the site's own truck, not one that circulates, was a it scary. The transmission sounds like it needs some work, the passenger side door would not shut well, and overall could use some tlc. We were just happy it got us to our destination and back without breaking down.
