We bought a king and queen set with adjustable base which were free with the mattresses . Nice selection to choose from and everything was on sale. Mattress covers as well as WONDERFUL pillows!! Bill, our salesman was very thorough in explaining all the options and truly was a “sleep specialist”. Can’t wait for delivery on Wednesday!!

BILL was great! He helped us pick an awesome set up , new Tempur-ProAdapt mattress with an awesome base that has so many cool features to really promote good deep sleep! My wife and I are super happy with the purchase , again Bill made us feel super comfortable during this purchase and we felt that as a sleep expert he was looking out for our best interest. They even deliver the new mattress and base , set it up , and will haul off your old mattress if you choose to. I started a purchase online with Andrew, who was very helpful and patient while I figured out how to make an 80" box spring fit into a 78" bed frame. Unfortunately, our texts were interrupted by some sort of glitch on their end. So I called the local store in Waynesville and finished up my purchase with Heather, the lovely store manager. She honored the discount offered by Andrew and arranged for delivery on the date I requested. Both employees were excellent to deal with, professional, patient, and helpful as they could be. My expectations were exceeded by Andrew and Heather. Kudos to you both!

We have purchased a few mattresses from Mattress Firm. Our salesman, Bill was great to work with and gave us things to consider while making our decision. We like being able to try out many mattresses and take our time. MF lets us take our time to do that. Can’t wait to try out our new mattress!
