I just want to give a huge shot out to the kind brunette women behind the counter this am I did not catch your name! Thank you for remaking a drink in my order that was not made correctly and after I spilled a drink being so gracious and kind. Amazing staff! And the drinks and food were delicious. I have been in the process of moving and your kindness this morning and understanding made my day! Thanks. It's the little things :)

We made a quick stop for an afternoon coffee. I ordered the tall Vanilla Cold Cream Brew and a cinnamon coffee cake. The servers were friendly and helpful. The store is spacious and clean. I’d recommend stopping here. The drive through is busier than come inside, but everything seemed to move fairly quickly and efficiently.

I placed my order online and went inside to pick it up because the drive-thru was extremely busy. The staff was very cordial and my coffee drink was very good.

My kids love BOGO day! And your cake pops! Suggestion: can BOGO day coupon be used more than once? For those with bigger families? Also, Alice requested that maybe a fruit bowl? She loves fruit! And the refreshers are her favorite 😍 (age 5).

I love my local Starbucks everyone is so kind and understanding. If I ever have a problem with something everyone is very helpful and always kind, my husband is a coffee critic, and I have watched the ones who know how he likes his coffee teach the ones who do not know his drink how he likes it, and I really appreciate the team work they have. I have changed coffee stores because of rude customer service and I can say this has been the best customer service I have had in a long time thank you to all of the Starbucks employees in Lenoir NC for everything you.

Every time I come I have the privilege of having Meg and she is so amazing you can tell she really loves her job and she is so helpful and cheerful I really like coming to Starbucks because I know if she working I’m going to have the best experience

I'm a regular at this location and everyone is super friendly and helpful! Most of them know me by name and make me feel like a friend when I go. They are great at making drink recommendations and seem genuinely happy to be there. They are the best!!

A great stopping point on the way from the Lake Norman area to Blowing Rock and Boone. Usually not busy, easy to get in and out of, friendly staff and nice atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Coffee was amazing as expected. Staff was friendly and helpful in making my selection..the atmosphere is great! They have an area with board games and ways to chill and interact with your friends the "old school" way. Also great spot to sit down and get some work done not too noisy at all. Overall great place!

Only thing I really get is the Strawberry Frappuccino with extra strawberry 😋

The staff at the Lenoir Starbucks is the best there is! I can always count on a morning pick me up when I am there. This morning in particular I had this sweet note on my bag. I didn’t notice it until I started to eat my breakfast but WOW what a way to make someone’s day! To whoever wrote this - thank you so much and you too are AMAZING 😊

The people who work at Starbucks in Lenoir are the best humans on Earth. Everyone there is so nice! They really go above and beyond to be super kind to people! They even write happy messages on their window/in the parking lot. They’re genuinely nice, no matter how busy.

Super Amazon staff they are always working as a team together and always always giving the best customer service possible. Refreshing drinks it isn't just coffee def has something for everyone in the family

I can't get through most days without serious caffeine. Barista Bryson always takes good care of me and serves me quickly. I wish the seasonal offerings were year round.

I have had nothing but good experiences with this Starbucks, the baristas are super friendly and helpful. I went and the person working the drive thru dropped my card and immediately climbed out and picked it up, she didn't have to but she did anyway and then they made an extra drink on accident and gave it to us for free! If you want some really good coffee and some super friendly service,I highly recommend this Starbucks.

I just got pink drank and there was extra shraberrys in it and it was GOOD 100% recommend
