I am so thankful for the staff at Brown's for helping me with my insurance after an accident. I was completely lost and upset at how to handle anything. Every time I called with any questions, no matter how ridiculous, they always went above and beyond to help me. I never felt like an inconvenience. The staff at Brown's actually was more helpful and supportive to me than the so called accident helpline I had no choice but to use through my insurance company.

Truly professional and friendly service. They have obvious expertise working with insurance companies to get our car repaired as fast and painless as possible for us. The workmanship was impeccable, the car looks better than before the accident.
This accident happened several hours from home for us and was a nerve wracking situation until we met these guys. I never worried about my car after meeting them and leaving it in their care. They even saved us in out of pocket expenses, not a rating high enough to express how pleased I am with them

My husband and I have had both our vehicles fixed here in the last few months due to hitting deer/ coons. They were very friendly and professional. They worked quickly and the end results were perfect!

I have known Chris a long long time now. My family has always used him for any of our paint/body work needs. Very honest and transparent guy/business. I have traveled 6 hours to bring him work before when I was living in Arkansas. He stands behind his work and is very good at what he does.

My family is fairly new to the Pike County area but Chris and his family/team are one of the things that I brag to my STL friends about. Having a family run business right in town that does work as good as anyone in the country is a true blessing. They are the nicest, most accommodating group of people and I have managed to have friends bring their cars up instead of waiting weeks for mediocre work in STL. Keep it up guys, and gals.

Love this place they are always welcoming and helpful with anything I need. The staff are so polite and respectful and are very attentive to what needs to be done.

They did a great job fixing the deer damage on my car. They got it done in only two days. All around great service.

My wife hit a deer with our Ford Focus and we brought it to Browns thinking that it would take forever to get back because of all the damage it went in and only a week later we were able to drive away with the car for less than we even imagined it would cost we absolutely could not be happier with the service and the attention to detail that was provided to us this will be my first choice from now on
