I absolutely love how the new management company quickly responds to maintenance or any other needs/issues. Colton, the maintenance professional is very nice and handles things as quick as possible. Ryan, the manager is nice and very personable. This is much better than the previous staff.

Really friendly, and fast working.
Also kept us informed well with our questions. All issues addressed.

I had an apartment tour today with Kelsye and she made me feel right at home. From the moment I called to book the tour up until today She communicated throughly and made sure to answer all my questions. She definitely represents the community well. Flats at wildwood is at the top of my list all thanks to Kelsye.

The staff provided excellent customer service, very helpful with any questions or concerns I had. Kelsey was very professional and patient with me. Overall a good location, very outgoing and bubbly staff. Office was clean and application process was very easy.

I was in search of a new home for me and my husband, and called spoke with the delightful Baylee! She showed us a fully renovated 2 bedroom unit. It was beautiful, and we loved it! We decided to rent closer to my work, but wanted to let whoever is in charge know they have made amazing changes to the complex and provided stellar customer service!

So, I just moved into these apartments, and not only are they super nice and spacious, but they are absolutely the most adorable apartments I have ever seen. The location is off a more quiet road, away from all the craziness of the city. The ladies who helped me get a place here were super amazingly nice, especially Miss Sharita who helped me out through the entire process. She was not only very kind and helpful, but was also excited for me to be moving in. Thank you kind ladies of Flatwood for finding me a new home! <3

Amanda was amazing, she helped me save a lot of money. Ive been with public storage for ten years and will probably be with them for another ten.

Flats at Wildwood is a great community. Kiara has been a pleasure to work with. I recommend this place to others who are looking for a nice apartment that doesn’t break the bank.

My personal experience with Brittnay Place Apartments was awesome. I gotta tip my hat to the staff Sherita & Brittany those are 2 very nice ladies will go to bat for you. They are very polite & courteous with a touch of that old fashioned hospitality, the apartments are very well kept & peaceful community I recommend that you give Brittney Place Apartments a try

I am currently looking for a place that's in the Raytown school district, I called The Flats at Wildwood and i spoke with Brittany Hightower. She was very polite and professional, she scheduled a time for me to come in and when I got there she greeted me with a smile, introduced herself and she began to talk to me and I felt as if I was at home. The professionalism that she displayed was remarkable and I'm definitely considering moving here
