My wife and I began our process of looking for a new mattress at Mattress Firm, and quickly realized we wouldn't need to go anywhere else. The entire process was seamless. The associate that helped us (Wes) was incredible. He did not rush us, he answered all our questions, and provided tons of great information and recommendations to help us make our choice. We did not feel pressured at any point of our buying process. And the delivery process was extremely quick, effortless, and pleasant. From start to finish, I had nothing but a positive experience. We will absolutely be going back to Mattress Firm in the future whenever we need any new beds, and hopefully be able to work with Wes again at that time.

Wes worked with us throughout the whole process. From establishing the firmness and type of mattress, to trying different brands, all the way to Financing and delivery. He made the entire process simple and enjoyable. I will be returning to this store for all of my future mattress needs. It was a 5 star experience all around.

Not only did Wes take care of us with finding an amazing mattress using his experience but he was also able to listen to our likes and dislikes and point us in the right direction of not only what we would want but also what we would need!! Amazing service all around, quick and easy, and the mattress is an amazing upgrade from our past mattress. Ask for Wes, he’ll get ya taken care of!

This place was wonderful. We went in on Memorial Day so it was a little busy. We were helped by all three people working, but Courtney was the one who assisted us with the purchase. She is very knowledgeable and so friendly and helpful. We never felt pressured to the more expensive side of the store. She heard what we needed and what our price range was and matched us with a great mattress on an awesome deal. Definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a mattress. No matter which associate you get they all were fantastic

Had a fantastic visit with Tristan tonight. He answered all of our questions, took us around so we could test every spectrum of beds they had and then set us up with the one we decided on for a super fast delivery. Happy to have done my business here!

This is the third mattress I've purchased from Mattress Firm. Wes my sales representative did an outstanding job listening (Thanks Wes), answering my questions, and guiding me on choosing the right mattress with zero pressure. I enjoyed my visit and left the store with good feelings. I also liked that Mattress Firm kept me updated through email and phone on my purshase and the delivery of my mattress. Just ordered the bed. Happy with the quick delivery date. Tristan at Barry Woods and Becky at the Liberty store were so very helpful with the purchase which is a Lacey 13” Plush King Sized mattress. Can’t wait to get it!

I was very impressed with the two gentlemen that delivered our mattress. They were friendly, professional, efficient and strong! I couldn't believe one person could pick up a mattress! They were a joy to have them as our delivery persons. Nice people.

We were approached by a salesman almost immediately upon entering the store. He asked what we were looking for and what price range I wanted to stay in, he went right to the more reasonable prices and very knowledgeable about the product. Very helpful, friendly and I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a good price on a new mattress.

I believe this is my first ever google review, Wes helped me out on Saturday and he was outstanding. I didnt get the feeling of a salesman but a man concerned with my health. He helped me figure out the best mattress based off of what my needs are but also based off of what my body needs from the context I gave him in which I sleep etc and lastly my budget lol. Wes was very knowledgeable and helpful. Not at all overbearing, but able to help me sort through the benefits of different options. I appreciate that I didn't feel held to a sales pitch or pushed toward higher end mattresses. Great experience!

I received prompt courteous knowledgeable service upon entering the store. And I found hifh quality at a more reasonable price. And talk about choices, there is something for every body I price, size, soft or firm mattress. Suggestion to all, stop by the store at NW Barry Rd and browse around a bit. I think you may well be surprised at how well stocked the store is and NO high pressure sales person trying to sell you what needs to sell to adjust his inventory. He will ask you what your looking for such king, queen, full, twin size then you get to lay on a floor sample to see if the degree of softness meets your deires.
