Nice, clean showroom. Non-pushy sales folks, and super helpful when we were ready for more information. Our sales rep was very knowledgeable on the product we were shopping for.

I purchased a small deep freeze from Ivan Smith. They took the time to check availability and I was in and out in 10-15 mins. Paid drove around back to pick it up and it was loaded and out I went.

They go above and beyond to make sure that they have everything I need in stock and they can help me make sure it fits in the area I need it to.

I’ve used Ivan Smith’s Minden location for years now. Always prompt and friendly service. Store is clean and very well stocked. Furniture never takes too long to come in. The guys in the back that load and unload the furniture are always nice, through and very helpful too. Floor attendants aren’t pushy and they also have in house financing. Two thumbs up!

The couch is pretty and very comfortable - I was very impressed with the 2 gentlemen that delivered the couch - very helpful, courteous, professional and friendly - I will definitely purchase from Ivan Smith again.

My family likes our new living room suit. It is very comfortable. The delivery guys were helpful in explaining the setup of our reclining sofa & loveseat. They also told us who to reach out to for any issues. The sales staff Row at the store were also very helpful in explaining quality and amenities of their furniture. Tony the manager was also great as always. Thank you guys for making our shopping experience a good as always.

Great customer service. Tony Jones was great at helping me find a nice bedroom set and answered any questions I had. I will be shopping more at this location in Minden. The other workers were also very nice and friendly.
