I love this store! The people are so kind and helpful. They help me pick out my shoes. This is the only store and location I go to for my running shoes.

I needed to return a pair of shoes and I had lost the receipt.Since the shoes had, upon inspection, not been used the managers were willing to accept them. The staff at the store both times I went there they were extremely polite and I used the return to purchase another pair and I am very happy with them.
The store carries a wide variety of excellent shoes and I was able to purchase an Extra Wide shoe which was perfect

I have so many problems with my feet because I walk so much and because I was born with malformed feet. Within 20 minutes, the staff here found a perfect shoe for me! When those shoes had problems (started squeaking), they replaced the shoes with an older version and gave me a sizeable refund. 30 day no questions asked refunds, an excellent and knowledgeable staff coupled with a close location have made me a repeat customer!

Wonderful service. They’re friendly and know what they’re doing. It’s very old school in that they add value. They figured out my best shoe five or six years ago and now I just update it from time to time. High recommendation.

The one-on-one service was fantastic. They wanted to make sure that I that I had the right shoes for my needs. Getting ready to run my first marathon, I wanted to take some time to get this right, and I wasn't rushed at all. They encouraged me to jump on the treadmill to test them out and try on as many pairs as I needed. It was a great experience and I'll be returning for all of my future running shoe/gear/accessory purchases.

I spent two days looking for running shoes and went to 3 different stores. Every place either didn't have my size or couldn't help me with anything more than just getting shoes and leaving. This store is reminiscent of times past. When knowledgeable people actually helped the customer. They knew my shoe size just by looking, but still checked both feet for a proper size. I ran on the treadmill to analyze my stride which helped me get the right shoe for me. And the staff actually knew the differences between different shoes. This place has top notch customer service. If you want employees that will go above and beyond to help you with your shoe needs then go here. They will try to tailor what you want as exact to the shoe brand and size as they can.

Let me the first to say, THANK YOUUUU!!! to the awesome team over at the The Running Well Store for being the nicest most trustworthy team i have ever met!! I had lost my wallet when going through training over in Missouri and hadnt found it since i had come back to Texas. After about 2 months i received a package from TRWS and wouldnt you guess it was my wallet, with the $40 i had left in it as well, the package also came with a note from the team hoping i received my wallet and if i had any questions to speak with Tara, Tara is the sweetest person ive had the pleasure of talking to over the phone and i want to apologize on the late thank you review that has been a little overdue. I was very happy with my experience here. The young lady who worked with me was outstanding. The process of buying my shoes felt very informative and personal. Since it was my first experience with their store, the person helping me videotaped me walking shoeless on a treadmill to observe my feet and ankles. From there, she helped me understand what my feet and ankles were doing and the appropriate shoes to best fit my step. I left feeling like we had explored many options and confident in my purchase.

They were very friendly and found a shoe that my feet and I both really like.

I'm new to running (like within the last 3 months) and after quickly running down my really old pair of tennis shoes (they have no tread left) I knew I was going to have to invest in a good pair of running shoes. I kept putting it off as I knew that each brand and type of running shoe is different and the idea of trying to find the right pair only to figure out later that it's not the best pair for me.
My friend mentioned that she went to a running store similar to The Running Well, where they can do a run analysis on you to see how your feet hit the ground to help you figure out brand and type of shoe would work best for you.
I finally decided to go get an analysis done and went to The Running Well Store. It was super simple to do and the staff were very well knowledge in what they were doing. After the analysis the staff member sat with me and showed me footage of my running and explained what they were looking for, why it mattered and what shoe brand's might be a good fit for me. The staff member measured my feet really quick to know what exact size I would need and grabbed three pairs of shoes right off the bat for me to try. With each pair she would make sure that the shoes were tied and that my feet had enough room then she'd send me outside to walk and run around to try them out. I felt a little self-conscious about running around in front of the strip mall but I love that I got to try the shoes out a little before purchasing them.
We found my pair pretty early in the process but we still tried the other pairs just to make sure I was getting the best pair of shoes for me. After I tried on all the pairs that could work for me, I tried my pair back on just to make sure it's what would work for me and I am absolutely in love with my new running shoes.
These are by far the most expensive pair of shoes I've bought for myself but I know that these running shoes are worth the investment. I am so thankful for the staff at The Running Well Store for all their help and expertise on the topic of running shoes. I will definitely be back next time around and to check out other items in their store.

I love this store and every employee treats you like an old friend. I appreciate the relax and no pressure atmosphere. One of the run guru's recommended I go up a half size, and boy were they right! I had been in the wrong size for over a decade!! The gait analysis showed I could benefit from some stability, and they found the perfect shoe for me...the Paradigm 6. These shoes have been outstanding for my longer runs!! Kudos Running Well!!!!

The personnel who run the store are well educated about their products. At times, there are multiple customers in the store, yet they handle the situation professionally.
The shoes I have purchased all have been extremely comfortable. I have recommended this place to a number of my friends and colleagues.

Staff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of their shoe selection. They were able to provide me with some great shoes at a great price! They even have a 30 day refund policy, store credit if your shoes don’t fit right.

I am out of state and placed an order online. I had picked the wrong state for my shipping address. Within 30 minutes someone from the store was calling about my address. They got it all sorted out and had my order shipped the same day. I was met with excellent customer service throughout the whole process.
