Dr. Sudhir Kapoor, MD

Dr. Kapoor was both quick and thorough, and I appreciate it. He diagnosed the problem, told me how to deal with it, called in the logical prescription. He doesn't need to hear the whole backstory, a doctor with this much experience has seen and heard it all. Tell him what's wrong, he fixes it. Easy.

Its 2am my husband is in pain from infected tooth. Cant see a dentist for a few more weeks. Called 1800 med. For a dr to call us back. Calles within 7 mins of hanging up. Asked proper questions and is calling in a much needed antibiotic.

Scheduled an appt online and never received a call but yet when I called 1800MD. They told me it could take up to an hour for appt. It’s been over an hour and still no phone call.

Oh wow. Just had the worst experience speaking with this doctor. He wouldn’t listen to me, cut me off, became angry and told me that I was challenging him as a 25 year critical care doctor. I was simply trying to get my 3 year old child treated for an ear infection. I eventually hung up the phone as i could not listen to him belittle me any longer. Later I read his report where he lied about the entire conversation! Will be taking this as far as I can with 1800MD. He may be a 25 year critical care doctor but that doesn’t mean he’s a good doctor.. or human.

I scheduled a doctor's consultation over the phone. He did not listen to all of the symptoms listed. Very rude and did not want to talk for a longer amount of time to discuss varying treatments.

Met this doctor via MDLive. He did not listen or ask questions. He just wanted to finish the visit asap. I sent follow up question and no reply.

He didn't listen or care....he wrote me a prescription and sent me on my way in pain.....2days later had to have emergency surgery.

This man is by far the rudest most sarcastic Dr. I've ever met. I weep for the future.
