I rarely write many reviews but I have to RAVE about this place! My poor boy has always been terrified of vets and I’ve struggled to find him one that he doesn’t stress him out as much. However, I am SO GLAD I found this place because (while he was still a little nervous) he was more at ease here than he has ever been at any other vet! The staff (specifically the vet tech and Dr Kelly) did amazing at helping make the visit as stress free as possible for both him and me and I appreciate that more than you could imagine. Me and Toby appreciate yall and will definitely be coming back here for all of our veterinary needs!

We went to Dunwoody Animal Medical Center for the first time today. Everyone was so accommodating and warm. Dr. Pinsky was warm, respectful and listened to everything I had to say. Did not rush us. I will definitely be coming back. So glad to have found them :)

Over the years I have been to many vet clinics over numerous states and this is so far the best one I have been too in Georgia. They are always accommodating when you need to get in and good with following back with you when they say they will or if you call them. I do not have the words for the gratitude I have for great vets and office staff who you feel like care about my dogs since they are like my children. Keep up the good work!

Amazing service, kind doctors, and treated my cat with care!

This place seems very caring. Walking to get lunch and noticed this hawk standing on the sidewalk. He seemed stunned and didn’t move by the time I was walking back home. Called the closest vets office just to see if they had a number for a local bird rescue. They came out right away and took the little guy back to their office without fuss. Definitely will use them in the near future when we get a dog.

My dog had a sprained paw and when you see your dog limping you immediately want to know what’s going on. everybody was so nice and caring so im super grateful that they were able to squeeze us in. Thank you to Dr.H and Izzy who treated my dog with great care in the exam room and gave us peace of mind that everything was okay; super happy and thankful with their customer service & that they didn’t turn us away (:

Dr. Johnson and staff are very professional, compassionate and caring (to pets & owners). We have been with DAMC for 5 years now and have always had great care. My shepherd was operated not long ago and they called me throughout to update me.
The care was & is of highest quality.
I have full confidence when I drop her off.
I recommend this vet team without hesitation!

Dr. Johnson and his staff are knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They also have very cool exam tables that have a nice foam that provides grip and cushioning for the animals, the tables are also electric so they can move them down and up for the bigger older dogs who have issues, and they happen to be scales!

This place truly cares for your pet. I’m a pet sitter and had to bring in a pup while the family was away. The staff did a great job and truly cared about the pup I brought in. The vet was was willing to discuss the pup’s condition with the pet owner WAY beyond closing time. The vet’s job doesn’t end when the clinic closes. The pet owner got a phone call later that night from the vet to discuss the pups condition.
Safe to say, they go above and beyond here.

Dr. Johnson is great! Our dog loves him. The staff is super friendly and professional. They also keep us up to date with regards vaccines or anything that our dog needs.

I have used this vet for my last 3 dogs and they have been absolutely wonderful. The veterinarians are very skilled and also caring and the staff is as well.

My current dog is very mischievous and is cursed with terrible skin allergies. The staff cheerfully takes care of him every time he comes in and are very sympathetic to his skin issues and his occasional injuries. Love these people!!!

I love this veterinary practice for SO many reasons. First, the doctors are compassionate, professional and communicate well with the pet owners.

The staff is incredibly understanding and patient. They are a fantastic first line for this office - many times answering questions I have before I even need to speak with anyone else.

We have used Weedy Johnson for almost 20 years and absolutely LOVE him. The other vets are wonderful as well. He helped us find a way through the death of a love family dog and now takes care of our rescue pups. I originally tried 2 other Dunwoody vet offices and wasn’t entirely satisfied. Then we found DAMC and have never looked back.

Dr Johnson and his team have taken care of 4 generations of our dog family spanning over 30 years. His team's care has been with us throughout the joy of a young puppy through end of life care for a beloved senior dog. I greatly appreciate the service and kindness he and his team consistently deliver.

I absolutely love Dunwoody Animal Medical Center! We have been taking our dogs here for 5 years and even though we don't live in the area we continue to come here. The office is always clean and I've never had a problem getting an appointment. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Johnson is an excellent vet who takes his time listening to clients, educating, and making sure all questions are answered. We've also seen Dr. Pinsky a time or two and she was amazing as well.

This was my first visit here. The facilities are very comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly.

What really sold me was that my cat didn't freak out. She was nervous, of course, but she was reasonably calm and allowed the doctor and the technician to handle and examine her.

I also appreciated that they didn't try to push expensive and unnecessary treatments.

I will definitely come here for all my pet medical needs.

The Dunwoody Animal Medical Center and the staff there provide personalized care for my pets! Despite being a bustling business, I never feel rushed when I call or put on hold for long periods of time to talk to a receptionist.
The clinical staff are phenomenal, as well. Dr. Pinsky takes the time to get to know your pets. She spends much of her time on the floor at the animals' level while carefully observing their behavior and generally just getting to know them in a more natural setting than the examination table. She is committed to providing a comfortable environment while minimizing the level of stress for her patients (and their humans)!
Dr. Pinsky has the rare gift for providing expert clinical care and translating that into a practical, pragmatic plan to keep my pets healthy and happy.

Dr. Johnson is an amazing veterinarian. Driven by his passion for animals, he demonstrates time and time again that he truly cares for his clients and patients. He has provided expert consultation for my animals and has gone above and beyond many times to provide exceptional care for them. Highly, highly recommended!

We have used them for about 30 years, dr Johnson and all the team are so nice and very knowledgeable, have trusted them with several dogs, from mixed to purebreds.

I like this place. It's pricier than wellpet, but virtually no wait time, and everything is very organized. They correctly diagnosed my cat and came up with reasonable treatment plan.

I thought my puppies may have a tick on them. I freaked and Dunwoody Animal Medical Center calmed my fears. We had never been there and they told me to come right in and leave the puppies as they will work them in. I did and within an hour they called to tell me it was a false alarm. No ticks, no fleas, they are very healthy. The whole staff was so nice to me. We have been with our vet in Marietta for almost two years but I believe we have a new vet. I highly recommend them!
