Publix Super Market at Trowbridge Crossing

Mr. Richie deserves a raise! What an absolute angel of a human being.
He offers to take my groceries to the car for me and he said it so sweetly that I couldn’t say no! I usually don’t want to bother the workers but he seemed so sincere that he wanted to help me. Then as we’re walking out the door, he notices it’s raining and asks if I need a rain poncho! 🥹 I told him “oh honey I didn’t know it was raining! You stay inside and stay dry!” But he insisted. So out into the pouring rain we went. But what REALLY stood out to me was this young man’s humility and character.
We somehow started talking about how we both come from very intelligent families and how I always feel like the dumb one in the family being surrounded by such intelligent people. He immediately stops me and says “You should never think of yourself that way. We all have different forms and levels of intellect. Some people are intelligent smart, some people are artistic smart, and some people are socially smart. Don’t look down on your kind of smartness. It’s just as important as everyone else’s.”
We are standing in pouring rain having this conversation and he wasn’t rushed or anything, he simply sat with me in the rain giving me the encouragement and words I needed to hear but didn’t even know it until he said it.
To this young man’s mother- You did an amazing job with Richie and I know you must be so proud!
Publix- Employee more Richie’s and give our man Richie a raise! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

I am very impressed with the pharmacy. Specifically Grace. Her energy and excellent service is by far the best I have experienced at any pharmacy! Sadly hard to get superior service like this lately.

Spacious supermarket. Very clean and well maintained. Courteous staff. They have a pharmacy. This place has good parking space. The chicken Fry and potato wedges prepared here are very good. They also prepare varieties of cakes. The billing process here is very good. The fruits section is also very good. They have very good varieties of products. Publix branded products are priced at a very reasonable price.

I love this store. They pulled out all the self check out. Always friendly cashier and bag person to help.

I really, really appreciate the store manager, Samantha, for going above and beyond to provide great customer service. I always enjoy shopping at this Publix and her commitment to great service brought a tear to my eyes.

Shoutout to Josh at the deli. He made me an awesome sandwich, put in extra effort to make sure it was done right, and was super pleasant the entire time. This is my go to Publix in the area anyways but the only one I go to for my pub sub.

I have been shopping here for years and never have written a review. However, the cashier I had today was just such a bright light and has such amazing customer service. I just want to say my cashier Leah was so nice and was super engaged with the customer. She has such a great attitude and would love the management to know

Awesome, Ms. Avis works in the Deli Dept. and she is a pure delight to work with!! She goes above and beyond to ensure your Food Orders are done to perfection! I visit this store purely for that Fact !! Although most of the staff is very friendly.

It is not a very big publix but it has all the things. Very clean and organized. staff are so friendly. The publix branded products have reasonable price. The baked chickens and potatoes are delicious. Sandwiches also awesome.

This is by far my favorite grocery store to shop at around me. They are friendly and always clean.

I don't do any heavy shopping at Publix but I always get my subs from here. Tarell has assisted me in the deli the last couple of times that I came. He is always pleasant and prepares my food with care.
