A bit of a hike from where I live so I gave the store a call to make sure it was worth the drive. While the product selection is limited being an outlet store Xiomara took time to check inventory for multiple items to see if what I was looking for could be in-stock when I arrive.

She was patient, kind and you could hear through the phone that she truly cared. While I don't know for certain if I be able to get what I'm hoping for she instilled confidence in me that I'll be making the right choice to go.

The sales people were friendly and helpful. Though I missed the sales by the time I went, they were fully stocked with new merchandise and the sales are pretty good when they do have them. Their apparel is fresh and relevant. That's where I buy for my nephew.

Very helpful. We were looking for waterproof hooded sweatshirts. Just check to see what they looked like since I saw online. We will be back for sure.
