I absolutely love this vape shop! The girl, I think she said her name was Low?, and John are really nice and helpful and always have a really good additude whenever I come. There are a couple new guys I haven't learned their names yet but they only add to the good vibes of the store. I always enjoy my time in the shop and look forward to the good energy and great conversation!!!

I couldn’t believe the prices they had on glass and hand Pipes ended up getting two because the price was so affordable. Wow I couldn’t believe it and the selection is crazy.

I've been enjoying coming in anytime the guy with the glasses come in and the guy with the dreads. When I was looking for a disposable vape he pulled out all the testers (barely see any vape shops do this) gave me a tip and let me try all the new testers out before selling me one. 10/10 customer service and love the friendly energy I receive! The big guy is also very friendly pointing me to the cat posters when he asked how I wanted to feel LOL. Definitely making this my go to vape shop from now on!

Great staff who are friendly and knowledgeable about all of their products. They spend as much time as you need, and they are not pushy or try to up-sell. I have been shopping here for years, and recommend them to all of my family and friends and now you!

I live in Richmond hill and I always make the drive out here to hang and get my favorite vape, that they always keep in stock for me because it’s hard to find. All the employees are amazing and welcoming, go see my man Eric and Daniel! It really is a chill spot to hang out and get the best products!

These guys are always super helpful, friendly, and happy. Also unlike most stores, they are always ecstatic to give me a military discount. This is the first store I went to when I started vaping and have tried several others since then. This store always has the best prices, best selection, and the guys give great recommendations without trying to push you to the most expensive products. I live an hour away, but this is the only store I’m going to.

I only come to this shop because Dan is so Knowledgeable And helpful idk if I could come here if he wasn’t. He is the reason why so many military personnel come here because his vibe matches ours.

Every time I go in here these guys are so helpful and nice, not to mention this is the most affordable shop in Savannah, and I refuse to go to any others. I hope the employees here - all of them - get the recognition they deserve, because they are naturally customer oriented and just flat out good people. Thanks for a welcoming environment and always having a positive, upbeat attitude!

I love coming into this store. The staff are extremely friendly. I always leave in a better mood that when I walk in. They are always willing to change out my coil for me when I am buying new ones. I even had trouble with my vape once and they let me leave it and pick it back up from them later that day. The customer service here is amazing. Love going in there!!

I get these guys five stars they’ve got all the oils I need to smoke my tobacco and the best Vape’s to purchase I got this Vape at a very great deal and I love it

Love going there all the time. Lo and the guys are very helpful, and know what they are talking about. Willing to help you just to learn about something even if you aren't necessarily going to buy it.

I love these guys. They bend over backwards to help you and always have a smile on their faces. The young man with the every changing hair color is by far my favorite. He would be an asset to any company. Very knowledgeable to the layman I am to vaping products.

The environment, staff, selection, and prices are amazing here. They are incredibly helpful and always happy to assist customers. They are always extraordinarily friendly and very professional. Everything about this store from the staff to the music playing make it a great experience to shop here. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

The staff here is just amazing, they are very knowledgeable and will guide you through the process if your new. They are a bit pricey, and don’t have any beginner or cheaper mods. They do have a wide selection of juices though. Overall pretty decent Vape Shop, but I’ve been in better.

I'm in the area from north georgia and I forgot my spare batteries. They took care of me, I would have liked to stick with the kind I know... but they were nice enough to let me research the ones they sell and their precharged in shop so you're not gonna have to go home and charge them. They were great and set me up with storage/carry cases too. I'd recommend and be a patron when in the area. Great job guys!

Best vape shop I've ever been to! Highly recommend. The staff is very knowledgeable about all of their products and will help you with any kind of problem you may have with your device. The manager is a delight to talk to and the shop is always clean.

Awesome shop. They’ve got everything you need, and by far the best customer service anywhere. Erik has been helping me out for years, and everyone else I’ve spoken to there has been super nice and helpful!

Customer service has always been good, great conversation, very friendly & helpful. They do there best to get you what you need & if they don't have it they'll try to refer you to someone that might. The sell vape mods, vape tanks, vape juice (menthol, nonmenthol, & salt) batteries, they sell cbd, & battery chargers. If a mistake is made ( remember they are human too) they will respectfully correct it. Thank you to the gentlemen at Vapers. Much love

Overall the best Vape shop in Savannah and surrounding area. Eric was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to help me make a selection, answered all my questions thoroughly, and really went the extra mile to take care of me. I really appreciated his demeanor. The shop itself was nice, clean and has a good selection. They also have deals and discounts if you sign up for the texting customer program. I could not recommend them more! WAY better customer service than Smoke City.
