Synergen Rx

What a wonderful group of people. They called to let me know what my medication was, how to use it (shot form) and what to expect as far as side effects. PLUS, they answered every question that I had. I wish all pharmacy's were as nice and informed as Synergen Rx.

I am so thankful for this pharmacy! Recently I went through a very stressful treatment and the staff gave me the service I needed to feel more comfortable during the entire process.
I was able to ask questions, get the medication delivered, and get detailed administration information to make me feel more confident before starting.

This pharmacy has been very helpful in getting my medication approved and delivered to me. They have an exceptional staff and communicated well with me about the entire process. They were able to provide services that my local pharmacy cannot and also helped me with getting finance assistance to make sure I can afford the medication. They went above and beyond for me.

Every single person is caring and listen to patients they have never missed a prescription or a deadline and they call around the same time every month to make sure you are taken care of. I’ve gotten to know some of the people there and they really care and listen to you as the patient. Never have had a dispute with anyone at Synergy. Great customer satisfaction with this group. I only wish I could get all my meds thru them. Thank you to all Synergy employees!

The pharmacy worked diligently to have my medication approved especially Janelle Hurley! She made sure she kept me informed throughout the entire process because it took almost 2 months for approval. Janelle was always courteous and professional and I really appreciate her.

Synergen has the best costumer service. They are able to get medications for patients when no other pharmacy can. They are well versed in insurance and how to get prior authorizations done. I HIGHLY recommend everyone use this pharmacy. Especially for specialty medications.

SynergenRX is excellent. They submitted me to a patient assist program, and, happily, I was accepted. I am so fortunate that the PA I work with referred me to SynergenRX.

Our Primary tuned us on to Synergen Rx as a prescription option and they were great. We worked primarily with Janelle, and I couldn't have been more pleased with everything she did for us.

My wife has been trying to get meds for 2 weeks. She needs them to keep her liver transplant. T
She will be out of them because they still have not filled the prescription. This may cause her to be hospitalized again. The sad part is she feels they just don’t care. Just saying I am tired of this kind of care for my wife
