Dropped one item to be pressed only at 10:00 on Friday and was told it would be ready by Monday. The receipt slip said it would be done by 1 pm Saturday. Went twice Monday and was told the truck would not be delivering it today (Monday). I explained to the clerk that I needed my item for a funeral on Tue morning. They said they would let the laundry know. I went back at 10am on Tuesday and was told my item still was not there. The clerks in the store could not even give me a phone number to the manager. The phone number they list on the ticket and in the yellow pages, no one answers. I got a "courtesy call "at 4pm on Tue that my item finally was in. Did me no good since the funeral service I attended was at 11am. Will never use these people again. They are unprofessional and unreliable.

Did not have shirt ready that we specifically said we needed for our wedding The next day!!
