Bed Pros Mattress Clearwater

We went into Bed Pros today in Clearwater today to get an idea of what we wanted and we were greeted by Scott Lafferty who asked us detailed questions to figure out what bed would be best for us and educated and explained all aspects of the beds that would meet our needs and budget and helped get us the exact bed we were looking for. I highly recommend Scott and Bed Pros! He was very knowledgeable, down to earth, friendly and No high pressure sales. We had a phenomenal buying experience and very pleased with our purchase.

Decided to shop this holiday weekend for a mattress. Stopped here at Bed Pros Mattress in Clearwater first and was impressed with their honesty and their knowledge. Checked out a few other stores but came back to Bed Pros because of the service and of course great prices! We worked with Matt both times we stopped in and we appreciated his customer service and advice. 10/10 would recommend, can't wait to get our new mattress in!

Scott from the Clearwater store was very personable, professional and courteous. He also was knowledgeable about the different mattresses and history of the company. Most of all I didn’t feel pressured to purchase and I did . I can’t wait to try my new mattress out and get a restful sleep.

We passed by a few locations for Matt! He was great through the whole process from beginning to end. We started off letting him know we were just looking and he gave us our space. When we had questions he gave us information to guide our decision and was never pushy. We had lots of questions since there were so many options. When we did narrow it down between two, Matt was very patient and gave great tips along the way. Thank you Matt!!!

Our salesperson, Joe, was extremely helpful and took the time to determine which type of mattress would be best for us. We were afforded plenty of time to walk around and lay on each bed. Delivery was next day and crew removed old bed and set up new frame and bed amazingly fast. Overall very pleased with this store and staff. In addition, the bed has been fantastic. We love it.

I highly recommend this family owned mattress store. I needed to lower my grandmother's bed, she is 94 years old, 5 ft tall and has a bad back. We explored all options including buying a brand new bed. The store manager was patient and helpful. We ended up swapping out her 9" box spring for a 1.5" bunkie board. Extremely cost effective and she was super happy to be keeping her bedframe and mattress. Thank you for the great advice and service!

Jo was great to work with!!! Very accommodating and helpful! We ended up with a new bed and base for my husband and I, a new bed and base for our toddler, and a new base for our oldest. We’ve had the beds for a few weeks and we’re very happy with our purchases!

Matt was very knowledgeable about beds pros and cons. He saved us well over $ 1000.00 on comparable beds. Didn't nickel and dime us on existing bed removal and delivery like most. Delivery guys Angel and Kelvin were courteous and friendly and on time. They made sure we were were satisfied before they left. It was a great experience.

We had an issue with the installation of the bed frame to our existing headboard. Joe took care of our issue. The mark of a great service company is how they handle problems and Bed Pros fixed our problem quickly. Go See Joe because he knows his business and will take care of you!!

Matt was so great. After shopping at other big stores like the mattress firm, we were frustrated and tired of the fake salesman style of forcing us to make a sale. The second we walked into Bed Pros, we told Matt what we wanted and he helped us immediately and even gave me a free pillow just because of how nice he was! Genuine staff, quality products, and honesty here. I definitely recommend.

My girlfriend Camille and I, really enjoyed our experience at Bed Pros. Matt is extremely experienced and knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor, as well. He is also a big-time Atlanta Braves fan, as I am. LOL 😆 ⚾
Matt, asked us some key questions about what qualities, we were looking for, in a mattress; in terms of comfort, price, et cetera. Then he recommended, several mattresses at different price points, firmness levels, etc. that would meet our needs. We found the perfect mattress, in a short amount of time and it was also on sale, to boot, which was a beautiful thing! I highly recommend, that you check out Bed Pros.

Amazing customer service!!! Had issues with 7 year old mattress (10 year warranty). Matt, store manager, was able to walk me through requirements needed for warranty exchange. He had said the process would take up to 2 weeks. Got a response in 2 days that my claim was approved. The warranty approval covered entire price of what we paid 7 years ago (including tax, with a charge of $89.99 for warranty exchange which was discussed upfront). There was no hidden charges. We got to pick out any new mattress desired and being delivered in same week. The new mattress was on sale and the sale price did apply. We had a very great experience and will definitely use them in the future.

We have purchased 3-4 mattresses from Matt at Bed Pros and not only have we been very happy with the mattress(es), but the customer service has always been absolutely amazing!! This last mattress was for our 4 year old grand daughter and Matt helped us to decide which one would fit her best.
I forgot to mention the next day delivery that was offered!! Very convenient!

I LOVE my new Serta Silver Chill Hybrid mattress. Matt was very patient and knowledgeable and really helped me make a great decision to buy this mattress as well as the adjustable base.

After weeks of stressful shopping for a mattress My husband and I decided to stop in to Bed Pros based on their positive reviews. So glad we did !!! We were greeted by Chad; had was great and very knowledgeable of the products and was a straight shooter which we appreciated .At no time did we feel like we were being pressured like you get at some mattress stores. Chad worked with us and was able to work out an amazing deal.

I purchased a mattress a month ago with my boyfriend him wanting a softer bed and me wanting a firmer bed. Matt the manager was very knowledge and helping us find a perfect medium. The customer service was amazing, thank you Matt. Highly recommend everyone to go to his store you won't regret it.
