Jeff spent a considerable amount of time in finding the right bed for my wife and i. He was excellent and has great people skills. He was extremely knowledgeable about all of the beds that we're on display. He gave us an opportunity to try all of the beds and make great recommendations to us.

Great experience from the door being opened for us upon arrival until the purchase was completed. Randal! He was our salesman. He was polite, knowledgeable and met our needs. He was aware of our budget and he was wonderful to deal with. I’d highly recommend him and this stores location!

The sales people (especially John and Randy) are professional, highly knowledgeable, patient, pleasant and exceptionally helpful. There was never any hint of pressure. Their only objective is to help their customers find the best mattress, which will deliver the best, most satisfying, healthful sleep as best fits their sleep needs, circumstances and budget. They have a wide range of available brands, models, and styles, from only the best quality manufacturers from which to choose, all at the most affordable prices possible. We received great service, great products, fair pricing and great value; The Mattress Firm cannot be be recommended highly enough.

Back in October, I wandered into the Countryside Mattress Firm to test out some hybrids with the idea of seeing what I liked, then buying something cheaper, but hopefully similar, online. Then I met Randal! Mattress Firm needs to do whatever it takes to keep this guy around, let me tell you! He is personable, knowledgeable, and really works with you to help you find what you like and don't like. He spent a considerable amount of time with me.... and then I left. Came back two weeks later with my husband and he helped us again - again spending quite a bit of time having us try out several beds to get a feel for what we wanted. And again - we left.
We went home and talked and decided it was a big enough purchase to warrant the expense and be assured we were getting something we liked. And we were very impressed with Randal's customer service! So, two weeks later we made sure Randal was there and went back to purchase!
We got our bed and I actually did not like it. Slept on it for 26 nights, went back to plead my case to Randal. As soon as I told him I was unhappy, he didn't need any details and was ready to make it right! That is great customer service. I made my choice on a replacement with no hassle at all, got it, and LOVE IT!
I made sure to go back to the store and thank him and let him know this was a good choice. Finally, If Randal had not been so helpful on my very first visit, I never would have made that 2nd trip back to the store. That is the power of a great salesperson!

Randy was great! He took time to actually hear our concerns and questions. He was extremely knowledgeable on all the products there was to offer. Buying a new mattress was definitely something I considered to be a stressful event. Randy definitely made the experience carefree. John and Steve provided me with the perfect bed frame for my mom's mattress. They were both so friendly and kind. All of my questions were answered. I highly recommend them for your mattress or bed frames needs! Kudos guys!

I called to ask if the store stocked a low profile foundation and even though they didn't have it in the store I called. Randal took the time to check all stores. The end result was no store had them, but Randal assisted me further and 15 minutes later I had purchased and Randal had set delivery for 2 days later. Easy Peasy!

The sleep expert Randal was great. He took the time with me to explain every type of bed and comfort level and what it was made out of, aswell as the sleep quiz. He helped me find a bed and fram that is in my price range. He answered all my questions. He was also great with figuring out my back aliment. Over all he was great. Im very thankful.

Just moved my grandfather down to the area and needed to get him a new mattress and frame. Randy greeted us and was super welcoming. My grandfather is very particular and he was able to take what information I gave him and get us a great setup for a phenomenal deal. The whole process was quick and painless and randy made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Randy is a great asset to the store and the company and highly recommend working with him!

We have purchased mattresses from this location several years back and received excellent service. This time was no different. Our sales rep Paul, honored the prior weekend's holiday pricing for our purchase and we were able to get our mattress shipped in two days. The delivery crew was outstanding. On time, very friendly and professional. Confirmed our product and made sure it was to our liking prior to leaving. Awesome job!!!

Steve was an absolute gem! Kind patient and knowledgeable! I had my two children with me who were frankly all over the place and he showed my 2 year old over to the adjustable bed frame and gave him the remote so he could try it out! I just loved his friendly professional spirit! We purchased a king firm mattress and he made it such a joyous experience!

Randall was very knowledgeable and straight forward. There was no pressure and multiple mattress options were reviewed. We came away feeling the decision we made was the right one.
