Mavis Tires & Brakes

The group at Mavis Tires & Brakes were excellent.

I had a tire blow on my travel trailer near Savannah. We called, but they didn't have the tire we needed at the closest shop. They checked their other shop, which had the tire, and even made an appointment for the other shop for first thing the next morning.

The guys swapped out the first tire in about 15 min, which prompted me to go ahead and replace the other tire and the spare.

Great, great experience. I walked in, knowing about every mechanical issue my dodge challenger had and how hard it was having to repair it. It became a financial burden for me and my family. One person I do want to acknowledge though is Michael, who made it so much easier for me, being able to take care of every repair that was made. Customer service was extremely helpful. It seems as if he would not stop until I left out of there happy. I really do appreciate this location for everything from the techs to the counter specialist.

Customer service was phenomenal. Got new tires, service was quick. Kevin is amazing, made sure I was taken care of and happy. They let me know additional things wrong with vehicle out of curiosity rather than for money. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

I got in and got out. My appointment was at 4:00 and i arrived at 3:40. It’s 4:30 and it’s already done. Michael the service manager did a wonderful job and so did the other associate who serviced my vehicle. Definitely coming back again!

I came back for an oil change a brake inspection 2 weeks later and i still got the same amazing service! Y’all take better care of me than the actual dealership i was going to.

Excellent service! Employees were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Went over different options and made me feel like they actually cared... extremely helpful. Lady was especially nice! I scheduled a same day appointment and was able to be seen that afternoon, on time! The employees were nice, and my vehicle service only took an hour. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Stopped by Mavis on Ogeechee for a flat repair. Michael was very helpful and friendly. Him and the staff were able to get me in and repaired my tire in a timely fashion and got me back on the road.

This business is amazing; everyone is very helpful, competent, and helpful. I don’t know anything about cars and I feel completely safe that they aren’t trying to bamboozle me. And they are open Sunday’s, what else could you want?!

Efficient, quality service! Everyone was really approachable. They were able to slot us in as soon as I was available and worked with us to get the specific tires I needed. I'm a female college student and prices felt not just honest without any hassle at all, but competitive. Unfortunately that's not always a global experience when you walk into anything auto-related in your early 20's or a skirt... I really appreciated that!

I’ve been going to various locations for well over a decade, and they always take care of me. Car repairs aren’t cheap but they always work with me to make it affordable, no pressure to get unnecessary service, and educate me on what was done. Most recently, visited Ogeechee location, got new tires to sell my car, and I worked with 3 people in particular, final interaction with Kevin. I’ll continue to work with Mavis for more years to come.

Two hard working Techs, and a friendly Woman behind the counter. The time taken to mount and balance four new tires was solid given they had five cars in the bays but seemed short staffed.

Mavis needs to hire more techs but these two guys knocked it out.

Mavis the company is alright but the staff here made our experience great. Recommend for sure.

Michael from Mavis Tires on Ogeechee was a godsend today. My back tire deflated at work and I took my car to Mavis on the slight chance that the tire wasn’t damaged too badly to re inflate without replacing it.

Michael insisted I learn what the root of the problem was, diagnosed me, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road in under 35 minutes. Thankful for the Good Samiritans that still exist 🙏🏽✨

It was my first time coming to this place and I felt so safe. Everything and everyone was professional and clean. The process was smooth and my tire got fixed super fast. I definitely recommend!

We will definitely take the vehicles to be maintained and we are happy with the price and no more clunks or Inconvenience caused by front wheels feeling lose and now it's tight and we walked away happy!
