Thank you Eric for assisting me throughout this entire process. I love my new wheels! Highly recommend this Discount Tires. Everyone I interacted with for the past 3 weeks has been professional and hospitable. From day 1 of ordering to the day I actually got the wheels installed. I was even late to my appointment—yet it was easily rebooked and done within no time. Keep up the great work, guys! Even under pressure with several customers in that lobby you all work so well. I absolutely love this place. TJ and his team are always the nicest bunch, and they never fail to take care of me. I’ve used them countless times since I moved here and I’m heartbroken knowing I’ll be moving back home in January. They’re always fast, thorough and go above and beyond to make sure I have a good experience here.

Literally the BEST service I think we’ve ever had! Nail in my tire, Mercedes service couldn’t have cared less.. zero sense of urgency. My husband called Discount Tire on Abercorn and the nicest guys took care of it politely and quickly, and at no charge. Doesn’t get better than this. Thanks y’all!!

I was going to the same place for 20 yrs. However they sold out and the quality went down. They got shady and very unprofessional. I got a flat tire and without really explaining why, they told me they couldn't fix my tire. It was unrepairable. They are Brand new Cooper tire bought last year too. Anyway, the mechanic at this other place i went to first was wearing flip flops and his shirt was unbuttoned. Very sloppy look. I thought , good lord im not letting these guys touch my car anymore. I left and called my brother. So after my brother recommended Discount Tire, I drove straight there on Abercorn. And so glad I did. Everyone was friendly. Dressed professionally and had a clean look. Caleb took care of me and thoroughly explained every detail on what happened to my tire , the possibly why it happened, and gave me a solution and quote. No hassle and straight up with me. He was so nice and pleasant and kept a smile in this dog gone miserable heat wave of weather we are having. He made me smile and for a moment made me forget about the bad experience at the other place. Thanks Caleb you are awesome dude!!! These guys are the real deal... honest, genuine deal! Highly recommend them!!!

Great customer service! Went on a very busy, rainy morning without an appointment. Staff had a great attitude even though they were slammed and soaking wet. They had our tire patched (for free, even though we didn’t purchase the tire there!) and ready to go within two hours even though we didn’t have an appointment.

Fast, informative service. I’ve been twice, about 2 years apart, and had good experiences both times. Communication is clear and informative. They’re patient with my questions. And this time turned out to be a valve leak - which they fixed for no charge. Highly recommend.

Purchased tires on line at a good price and scheduled the install. Went to the store at the designated scheduled time and out the door an hour later max. Excellent service and professional install. Best tire experience I've had in my 45 years plus of driving. Great tire store in my opinion. If you want excellent service schedule it and they won't disappoint. I was moved ahead of walk ins but I'm certain they would be satisfied in the end as well.

Had lug nuts that were all bunged up and I couldn't get the tire off to change.
Marcus assisted me very efficiently, met me in the parking lot, explained about replacing the lug nuts. The shop was busy, so I had to wait about an hour.
Reasonably priced, fast service, friendly personnel.

What's not to like?

I love this place. I have been here a few times & will continue to come back. They explain the process of anything & everything they are doing well. The guys here also have a great amount of patience.. not many people listen when they call for their car or even know what car they drive & they handle this well. I have seen people show up very late to appointments (past 15-20 minutes) & they still show them patience. They aren’t pushy or try to rip you off. I trust these guys & will be using them every time!

We were traveling from Florida to Pennsylvania and found out we had a nail in our tire. We tried Sams, Walmart, and other retail tire places from Brunswick to Savannah (including Mavis across the street) and no one could help us or seemed to want to. Sams told us the tire couldn’t be fixed and the others either didn’t have the correct size or wouldn’t fit us. We called Hunter at Discount Tire and he was so kind and helpful. He told us they had the size of tire we needed but felt that maybe they could fix the tire. We arrived and they made us feel so welcome. They fixed the tire and didn’t charge us a thing! So thankful we called! I highly recommend calling Discount Tire first for your tire needs.

This store is on Abercorn Street Savannah. I have been treated completely differently from the Pooler store. The young man helping me was up front on wait time, and when he thought it was running longer he came and spoke to me. Completely different then being told I have a 3.5hr wait when I made an appointment for service in Pooler. We make appointments so we don't have the wait time. The Abercorn Store is where I will go from now on.

These are the best and most kind mechanics in Savannah. I had a slow leak on a tire and they patched it for free and even gave me a free tire rotation. Will be coming back when I need more auto work done

Why go anywhere else. Competitive pricing, clean efficient operation and they just do tires. That's why I have been back 2 times. Always busy so make an appointment.

This is what I call a shop who has it together! Excellent and kind customer service from multiple workers. Checked in for my appointment, got four new tires and TPMS done within 45 minutes, and out of the door by the one hour mark! Definitely a tire shop that I'll recommend to others and I wouldn't hesitate to visit again for future tire needs.

Very helpful. Hunter and manager TJ went above and beyond. They worked overtime on Saturday evening before Easter to help us back on the road. Tried every possible ways when there is no tire with matching size in store and we need to drive back to Atlanta on Easter Sunday. Great store.

This place is one helpful, easy going place to come to when in need of a new tire. Caleb T was the most respectful, helpful, knowledgeable human. He truly made ever effort to help me out of my situation. He never once got frustrated with me with all my back and forth & questions. He stay with a smile, soothing voice, & happy demeanor! I will always return to this place because of him! Thank you Discount Tire for a super fast service and good hearted people!

Very helpful, great people person skills from the salesperson Tristan. Lobby area was safe and comfortable to hang out while waiting. Definitely a great choice.

First time there, it won't be the last! Very clean, fair prices on tires, prompt & professional service. There was a long line of customers ahead of me on a Saturday around noon, but they added me to their queue quickly. I was pleasantly surprised on how fast work was done compared to the number of other customers ahead of me! Approximately 2hrs to change a bad tire but it gave me time to check out lunch options. For those that don't know, if a place is busy & you're a walk-in, especially on a Saturday, expect several hrs! So, considering this, this trip was fairly quick & I had a great lunch. Lol

Initially I had several reservations about letting a regular tire shop do the mounting and balancing of my tires due to having had bad experiences with damaged wheels and poor results in the past on several occasions. After speaking in depth with Eric, expressing my concerns and also seeing that the store did have Hunter balancing equipment, I decided to give them a try instead of just ordering tires from them and taking them to a specialty shop I’ve used in the past to get them mounted. Marshall did the work and overall I’m very satisfied with the results. Smooth as glass even at high speed and this is what I explicitly wanted. I’m confident that I’ll be back here from now on to let Eric and the other guys handle my tire needs. Hopefully they’ll still be here. The price for both tires and labor is inline too with what I wanted to pay. Thanks guys for working with me and gaining my trust.
