Firestone Complete Auto Care

The customer service was phenomenal and I did not wait long at all for my car to be serviced. However, despite there being a coupon applied, based on the "deal" that I responded to online, the cost was more than I expected. The aforementioned may have been due to the type of oil used. Nonetheless, I believe that part could have been more transparent; although not the fault of the particular service center. I would definitely bring my car back again.

Jackie and the tech who worked on my car (Coen) were both great. Even though they were short staffed and extremely busy, they both took time to discuss the issue with my car and offer solutions. I’ll definitely be back.

If it wasn’t for Jackie this review would have been 1 star. Even with an appointment it took two hours before our car was looked at. Jackie was amazing. She was working the desk and then ran back and did an oil change to move things along. Through it all she maintained an upbeat and respectful manner with all customers (even the nasty people). The staffing issues are ridiculous. If it continues you will lose wonderful people like Jackie who will be burnt out.

We were in an emergency tire repair situation and Jackie went above and beyond to take care of us despite the fact they were short handed and running behind. Thank you so much Jackie and Firestone. We are long time Firestone customers and this location is by far the best!

Our daughter is in college in Savannah and we are in NC. They were very helpful and very fast in repairing our daughter’s car when it unexpectedly broke down. Jackie went out of her way to ensure they gave us the best price and the best service possible easing the toll on both our minds and our wallet.

Without going into details, because there are simply too many... I'm in Missouri and have a work van that broke down in Savannah. There was one person there that literally worked with my driver, when he had a few extra minutes, for 2 days and completely saved me thousands of dollars because he absolutely knows what he's doing. You know who you are, guy. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this location.

Wow! What a turn around this store has made! Went from only using them for alignments to being completely comfortable to leave my cars for additional work!

The team at this location went above and beyond to perform the service that I requested although it took some additional work and some additional effort to acquire information they needed about my vehicle.

I've taken my car here twice this year for routine maintenance, and the customer service is excellent. The service managers tries to mitigate the cost of additional costs or up charging, as so many other repair shops do. As a woman and single mom, I so appreciate your integrity!

I'm going to this Firestone in the one on skidaway this one is by far the best one as it is clean and the staff are friendly and they seem to have professional mechanic. I've gotten both my truck oil change filled and tire patched as well as my Vans oil changed. I will definitely go here again as it's very convenient and close to my office

Ryan is the best! My car is always well taken care of in his hands!! I always use Firestone because the service is consistently the same at all the locations I have been to!

Had a emergency with my Ford mustang. And called Raymond answered promptly and politely. The service I received was not only very pleasant but insightful. Any questions I had or anything I needed was dealt to very promptly had a last minute issue diagnosed and fixed within 2 hours. This Firestones Staff was some of the most respectful and nicest people I've had the pleasure of dealing with. And its a shame I'm based in Florida because they would be my main service provider. Thaank you again.

Garry the Mechanic in Savannah Georgia took care of my car Excellent Customer service He's Awesome

A few months ago all my tire related lights turned on and I had no idea what to do. I’m in school during the day and I was about to go out of town so I needed my car.

I call first thing on a Friday morning knowing they would be busy but still hoping they could squeeze me in. I forgot who answered but this extremely nice lady told me that I could come in after my test (which would be close to their closing time) and they could check it out. I thanked her profusely and come in immediately after my test, just hoping it would be a cheap/quick fix.

When I come in some guy was yelling at the staff for something that wasn’t their fault and I just stood back patiently waiting. This went on for a little while and eventually the guy left and I go up. I told them what was wrong and they suggest a few things to me, thankfully I had a warranty on my tires and paid for another package that made things easy for me money wise. Unfortunately, they said that they weren’t sure if they would be able to get to everything today just because they were about to close and they were already so busy. I told them that was fine and I understood and just asked them to do what they could.

Around closing, a worker comes up to me and said they were okay staying a few extra minutes to finish my car and thanked me for being so nice and patient (what?). All I did was be kind and understanding and they were willing to stay a few extra minutes to finish my car.

The moral of this story is as customers if you’re just nice, patient, honest, and understanding the workers will always go above and beyond. When you yell at them for doing their job it doesn’t make them feel good.

So thank you to this location for really helping me in a small time of need. They didn’t try to upswell me at all, they listened to my problem, and fixed it even though they could’ve told me they were too busy.
