Cook Out

Cook Out are so dang awesome. We always try and hit them up when we travel north. So much good food for such good prices. My wife said her cheese balls were some of the best she has ever had. And don't forget about the huge variety of shakes they offer. Great place, awesome, just awesome!

It's fast food, so whatever. But they have dam good hushpuppies! And their milkshakes are on point! Plus, the price is unbeatable. Service is always smashed and never an issue with anything. Yeah this is my go to for fast food.

Just finished eating and the food was delicious. We got the butterfinger and banana pudding shake and they were great! The shakes are thicker so be prepared! The drive through line moved quickly and was one of the few spots opened late on Sunday night. Def recommend!

Super quick service! It wasn't busy but food is made to order so it has taken a little while at other locations. I love their 4.99 cookout tray. It's cheap for all the options and food you get. The drink is included and you can even swap it for one of their delicious shakes for just a dollar more. The shakes ate very creamy and you can mix flavors. I like Cookout. If you haven't tried it, give it a shot! They play Christian music and have outdoorsy decor AND a hand washing sink by the entrance to encourage clean hands before eating your meal. So awesome guys!

I really liked Cook Out. I have not eaten at a Cook Out before today. The building and decor looked great. I took a few minutes to absorb the menu. I finally decided on the cookout tray. I got a double burger all the way and fries. I got my drink, found a table and waited for my number. I got my tray and sat down. I opened the tray. I unwrapped the double. It looked delicious. Oh man at the bacon on this burger. There was about 5 nice slabs of bacon on there. Not thin but good sized for a burger. It was great! The hamburger patties were cooked just right. The fries were great, but I thoroughly enjoyed the burger. Oh and the price was awesome. I will definitely stop at Cook Out more often.

Good food. Good quality and portions for the price. Cheap. Love the watermelon shake but only available certain times of the year. Made to order so you might have to wait.

This was a great location. Very clean, very good food.

Came thru at 3am like the true G's they are. Late night options are non-existent on the Southside now so I really appreciate them being open as late as they are! Service is great employees are great food was great; 11/10 would recommend.

Overall this is a great place to get full. The price you pay is less than expected, the quality of the food you get is WAY higher than expected. Something the food industry is surely lacking. The burgers are well cooked, and well garnished. Fries are always hot and well seasoned, as well as everything I've gotten from them. Service is quick, but not rushed. And oddly I've yet to get a wrong order from them, hint hint McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's. I drive out of my way to eat there, driving by McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, all which are much closer to my home. Why? Well, I just told you why. They are hands down better than you expect, while others are falling in that department, Cook Out is getting out right.

They were fast getting the order done and my burger tasted like it came right off the grill. The onion rings were nice and hot and they were very quick to correct the one mistake that was made.
The inside is kind of bare bones, but looked clean.
Will definitely come back here again. Good food for a good price!

This last time we visit the one on Abercorn in Savannah it was great, pretty fast service and good service

Man the memories at cook out... Been going there since my high school days and there's just something about it. Burgers always taste fresh.. and the Cajun fries always hittin with there shakes. Ill always be coming back for more. Only downside is the long lines but it ain't there fault there just popping some nights. Usually still faster than any other fast food place that's packed.

They are open until 3am. This was quite a help to me after having been at St. Joseph's ER for seven hours and being released at 1:00 in the morning when all the other restaurants were closed.

The trays are a great value!

In and out great service price food and always is that North Carolina. Style barbecue is hard to fake and it's all just like home slaw on top is the best thing to not 4get matter fact I might go get another one lol

Love this place. They cook really fast and your food is served within less than 5 minutes. Love how anytime I order from there they always have a different greeting.

I highly recommend the 5 pc nuggets, a double or single cheeseburger, a bacon ranch wrap(chicken ranch wrap w bacon) and a shake ❤

My first time trying it and it was great.
Fresh , delicious burgers with plentiful toppings for a reasonable price. My new go-to place for burgers. They do have much more on their menu that looked good as well. I'm happy I finally tried ithis place. I didn't know what I was missing out on.
I only ordered two burgers, no fries or drink, but I was tempted to go for one of those Peppermint milk shakes or a cookie dough one .

My husband and i drove very far so he could get his cook out fix. He said that he ordered the hush puppies and they told him it would be a bit of a wait. So he ordered his food and waited for whatever the wait time was. The lady was so sweet she said his meal was on them. The food was delicious - he was absolutely in heaven. The manager name on the ticket was Michelle. Thank you for your generous and sweet customer service, you absolutely made his day!!!

Burger King has NOTHING on this place!! Best tasting Burger I've ever had from a fast food joint. The prices are unreal!! You get 1 main item plus 2 sides and a drink for like $7.00!!! You gotta come here if you haven't yet!! A++++++

Stopped here after midnight on a Friday night. Typically you would not expect good food at that time of night but they definitely exceeded my expectations. Drive thru was busy but they kept it moving and the food was fresh. Haven't had this good of a drive thru experience in months. 5 stars to the employees working on 1-13-23 / 1-14-23

Really great burger! Since moving to Savannah I have found a immense love of Culver's and have refused to eat any other Burger until the other night trying to eat a little closer to home ended up at B and D's which is one we have seen in a couple different spots around town. We were extremely disappointed with b&d's food but the wait staff was great. The prices were insane for the food quality. Culver's was going to be the only Burger I'd probably eat in town ever again. Until the other day when as passing my cookout Burger on my way home knowing there were no more chances for food I pulled in and to my extreme joy found a comparable Burger if not better in some ways to Culver's. Also I'm probably going to develop an unhealthy addiction to the cheerwine float. The meat was perfectly cooked juicy and with the grilled flavoring of an outdoor cookout. The veggies were fresh but a bit heavy on onion and the tomato slice was almost an inch thick. This may be the norm at cookout Burger but since this was my first experience I'm not sure if that's always how it's done. So the veggies were overshadowing the burger by a lot but it was no problem to knock a few off and enjoy it to my taste which I will definitely be ordering more specifically on my next visit I just hate wasting food.
