Great first experience with this vet. after 30 yrs with another vet that killed my 3 yr old dog in august 2023 , I was concerned when my new puppy was experiencing balance issues. lots of time spent talking about diet specific to my dogs breed and the 2 visits and discussing comparative blood test results . i feel lots of time spent educating us on best practices. highly recommend .

We are so very much pleased with how Dr. McElroy and her team have cared for our all our pets (and us!) over the years! She has cared for our three dogs in all ways--treatment, annual check ups, nutrition and more--for over more than ten years now with never a complaint from us or our dogs! I’ve taken several cats and dogs to see Dr. McElroy for the past 6 years and have always been impressed by the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff and the excellent care provided by them and Dr. McElroy. She provides thorough and excellent care for her patients in addition to giving owners detailed notes regarding treatments and regular exams both. We frequently board our animals there and they’re treated like celebrities!

Pet Med Plus is an amazing veterinary hospital. The level of care my cat receives is stellar. Dr. McElroy is fantastic. She always takes the time to listen to my questions and does a great job explaining. I appreciate the recap of my visit she provides on the receipt and have often re-read them for any details I may have missed.

Dr McElroy is so kind, my cat let her clean her ear & massage medicine in it without an issue. Cats know who is trying to help them 💕 So grateful for this ofc!

Dr. McElroy is the best. My dog loves her. Her appts are quick without delay. The office is clean. Her advice is right on target without overcharging you when she easily could have charged us for allergy testing or blood testing (many of friends have paid for allergy testing with other vets and still have probs with food). She takes her time in helping you understand the why behind the problem, not just write you a script to fill. She explained so many things to notice on my dog when she's having food sensitivity issues. She never rushes through an appt. She suggested I send her an email if I ever have questions.
Her staff is friendly and helpful. They even call with to followup and make sure everything is good.

I do not have enough praises and good words to describe Dr. McElroy and her team. We’ve been going to Pet Med Plus for over 8 years now. Even though we moved over an hour away we still drive to see Dr. McElroy because she is simply the best. She is caring, spends quality time with you explaining your pets situation and always has a smile on her face. And her team is equally as wonderful. If you’re looking for a vet that will genuinely care for your fur babies, then Pet Med Plus is for you.

took my miniature schnauzer and he came out a new man! he was so fluffy and clean. I'm extremely satisfied and cheddar seemed completely happy when i picked him up.. will be return again!

Wow I have never seen my poodle mix look SO BEAUTIFUL and come out of a grooming appointment so happy and full of energy. CHRISTIANA the groomer with the sweetest energy and positive outlook, WAS BEYOND FANTASTIC!!!! She is by far the best groomer I have ever met and my baby has never looked so good and acted so happy. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Dr. McElroy has been taking care of my two cats for 10 years now and I've always been pleased with the care. I tend to lean towards holistic care, and Dr. McElroy actually listens to me, and always considers solutions she feels are in the best interest of my cats. The office staff is great to work with as well.
