Mainstay Tavern

Ate here last night. Perfect for our family dinner on our first night at the Sheraton resort. Our waitress was super friendly and we got perfect service. Brought crayons for my two year old and made sure her food came out first too. The food itself was reasonably priced and everyone finished their plate. We had all had fish and chips or the ahi poke bowl. Generous portions on the fish and chips especially! Ordered desserts to go for the beach and enjoyed everything.

Not where we intended on being for lunch but it was surprisingly amazing. Took awhile to get our food but worth the wait. The citrus tartar sauce was Fabulous. My grouper on sour dough was done to perfection. My wife had fried fish. Not a fried fan but it was very light batter.

We had the 7oz burger and the spicy ahi tuna poke bowl. The turtle ale pairs well with these delightful dishes👍

The blackened grouper sandwich was delicious. The service was prompt and friendly.

One of the best servers that we have ever experienced. Randy was a top notch server that added some fun to our night. He was hustling all over the place and made our time enjoyable. It was fun to watch him kind of put on a show bouncing around to do his best to make sure all guest were being helped. We found out at the end that the bartender walked out on their shift and because of his hustle we didn't even notice. Food was good. Menu was a bit disappointing as far as options available for some pickier eaters in our party. A little too pricey for the options available but I was happy to pay it for the service Randy provided.

We popped in to grab some dinner as we are staying at the hotel. The bartender made perfect drinks to our specifications. He was very friendly too. The food was beyond our expectations. I had a poke bowl and husband had fish and chips. The fish and chips were beautiful white cod and cooked perfectly. My Poke was fresh, the rice perfectly cooked and the bowl was finished in no time. We have been very happy with the food at this hotel!

Great place to eat, staff was amazing. I had possibly the best mojito ever! Can't remember exactly what it's called but it was some type of berry coconut mojito, it was AMAZING!
After our vacation and got back home I attempted to remake the drink at and couldn't figure it out. I decided to call them and spoke to one of the bartenders and they gave me the secret formula! 😉 Thanks again.

Food was delicious! Service was fast and friendly. Kids meals were appropriately priced and portioned. We enjoyed having this restraunt at our hotel.

Very good food. Pleasant service. The fish dishes are excellent. Very good grouper. Leave room for excellent desserts, such as the Godiva Chocolate Terrine.

Our food and drinks were so good! We both ordered the grouper sandwich and ate all of it!! The bartender was also phenomenal!

This restaurant is beyond our expectation! We stayed in Sheraton for a few days and tried a bunch of different restaurants around Clearwater, but not the one in our hotel, while we were so surprised that the food was so good! The price is fair as well.

RK burger is what I ordered and enjoyed it! Nice place and located right in the lobby of the resort.

Overall, not a bad spot for dinner. The pricing was a little high for drinks, and I was charged for a drink that I had already paid for to-go but came back to the bar with to order food. So note to self, finish any to-go drinks before ordering anything else and have them break down your ticket.

The calamari was really tasty and different than you would expect, and pricing was on point. The steak frites were adequately charred but could've used just a little more salt and pepper seasoning, but luckily it came with three dipping sauces. I thoroughly enjoyed the food.

Food is okay. Nothing spectacular, but I went during the holiday season and didn't want to drive anyways as parking is limited. Service was excellent, food came out quickly, and lots of TV to watch sports on.

The only thing I didn't like was the Calimari, it is a weird piece of mess. It should be removed from the menu.
