DXL Big + Tall

VISITED THE STORE TO RETURN A SUIT JACKET THAT I PURCHASED ONLINE FOR A SMALLER SIZE. Associate Daisy assisted me in determining my correct size and I also purchased a few casual shirts while there. Imwas happen to find a clean store, Great selection and helpful staff.

Rachel and Daisy are the nicest sales ladies. They really know the big and tall body types and what will look fantastic on my husband! We get the best service from them both!

Great selections, great quality. A bit pricey though, but usually find good stuff on sale or clearance.

Rachel always helps me when I go in, what I appreciate most is that she always makes sure I have what I need and is very meticulous. Rarely get wonderful service like this and I total recommend this place to anyone in pinellas county who is on the larger side!

I love there graphic tees. And I love that I can walk in the store and actually find clothes that fit me, without ordering online or having them shipped to that store. Rachel was very helpful today as well. She made me feel comfortable. This time I bought casual clothes for a small wedding.

I walked into the DXL in Countryside and Bernard Moses asked me if I needed any help and I said yes. That's when I told him that I had a semi-formal company Christmas party to go to and I have absolutely nothing to wear. He handled everything he found things for me to try on things for me to wear gave me suggestions answered about 20 different really dumb questions that I had could not have been nicer could not have been more professional could not have been more helpful thank you so much the DXL for hiring an amazing gentleman like Mr. Moses. You have my solemn oath that I will never buy clothes from anywhere else.

Daisy was extremely helpful during our shopping experience! We felt bad for trying there about 30 min before closing but she didn’t rush us and was very understanding. Highly recommend shopping here!!

The Clearwater store and Management team were wonderful! Rachel went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience while not being intrusive or pushy! A great overall experience on my first visit to any DXL! She made the return of my online order easy and I was happy with my replacements! 10 stars!

Definitely had a great experience here today I brought my nephew in to get clothes for a interview and we could not have done it without Rachel's help she was absolutely awesome!

She was super helpful we were able to get him dress pants then a nice button up shirt really quick while he was in the dressing room trying them on I had a really great conversation with her.

She then helped me find my nephew some good looking shoes to go with the outfit which the whole experience making the outfit was really great awesome customer service super friendly was able to have a great convo just excellent I will definitely be back and I can only hope to get Rachel's help again thank you very much for today! 😁

Shorts I wanted were not in stock and the manager offered ordering and items being sent free. I took her up on the offer and I am completely satisfied with the transaction.

great help but management should be allowed to extend discount to frequent customers regardless of lost email coupon They have the record of the sales on the terminal!

Store was very clean. Nice layout. Everything displayed nicely. Dressing rooms were clean and easy to find. Prices were easy to find on the clothes. Staff were very courteous & friendly. Very helpful. Will definitely go back there.

I needed a suit, off the rack, for an interview. Every associate was so very helpful and courteous and listened to my needs and responded and recommended in the very manner a professional would expect. I walked out with clothes needed and a refreshing attitude ready for my next challenge. They didn’t just make a sale, they installed confidence and made a customer who will return often to add to his wardrobe.

I had placed an order online and needed to return one of the items. I had no idea there was a location so close to me! I am happy to know I can physically go to this store and get what is needed without having to wait for delivery. The ladies in the store were extremely helpful and friendly!
