Jack Willie's Bar, Grill & Tiki

We've lived in the area for 12 years and just discovered this place a couple of weeks ago. We've been there twice now. They're located off the beaten path. It's a little shack with a tiki bar that sits on the water. They have a casual, laid-back vibe and really good bands. Yes, the people at the bar can be boisterous, but that's part of the charm. Most importantly, they have good food and drinks at reasonable prices.

Nice little neighborhood-sort of establishment with a surprisingly large menu. Enjoyed the fun and casual atmosphere. Food is good and so it the service. Nice place to enjoy some tasty food and unwind. Recommend

Such a great spot! We sat outside as they have many shady spots. Fish was fresh and tasty! The server was also awesome and super attentive!

First time visit but it will not be my last! Enjoyed the best buffalo cauliflower I’ve ever had- nice and crispy on the outside-buffalo sauce was delicious. The spinach salad with the warm bacon dressing and incredible blackened scallops was sooo good!
April was our sever and she was well informed and very attentive. Will be back soon.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this place if you are in the area. Food was amazing! Staff was friendly and punctual. Shout out to our waitresses, Jessica & Lexi. They were amazing and super attentive! Crab fries, Gator Hoagie and Red Fish Sandwich were phenomenal. Thank you to the cook! This is definitely a gem.

Feels tucked away or off the beaten path:) Pretty afternoon for lunch on the canal. Ordered a grilled grouper sandwich and a fried grouper sandwich - both were very hearty servings and tasty! Good service and great atmosphere. Some canopies or umbrellas might be a good investment for the outdoor seating - but overall a great experience.

We've been visiting Jack Willies in Oldsmar for over 10 years and in the early years, we used to go for the relaxing views and friendly atmosphere with an eclectic mix of patrons. In the last few years, we've been going there primarily for the food because it has gotten consistently better and now we're happy to introduce Jack Willie's to our Florida friends who are visiting from other cities in Tampa Bay and may not have heard of the place. But, the nicest benefit of visiting Jack Willies is the really nice people that work there. The other day, we had the pleasure of meeting Candace, our server for an early dinner. She was polite, friendly, and knew the menu well. What a special experience watching the gator float below the deck waiting for a handout while the sun sank below the scattered clouds. Fun place to dine. Quick service and reasonably priced menu. I had the grilled chicken sandwich. It was tasty and served with a choice of fries or Cole slaw. I got both. The fries were seasoned perfectly and the slaw had just a bit of tang to it. Our waitress was attentive and kept my ice tea topped off. The portions were large and filling. The prices were mid range for meal at about $15 each, including the tea.

Returned here again. Excellent food. Our waitress was exceptional. My iced tea was never empty. We dinned inside because of the heat. The restaurant was busy, a bit chaotic, but order arrived in a timely manner and served hot. The homemade potato chips were delicious.

This was our first time there. We took our dogs there with family. Kids got fish and chips, chicken tenders and I got a smoked fish dip. Food was pretty good and place was decent. It wasn’t crowded the time we were there. They had live music and drink specials. Would love to check them out again.

Dog friendly! Our fur baby sat under our table while we ate with water views. My husband had the firecracker burger and really enjoyed it. I had the Caesar salad with grilled mahi mahi. I don’t think the fish was grilled, but it was still good.
Service was great and super friendly and accommodating. They even brought out a bowl of water for our dog.

Really fun place for drinks and dinner while the sun goes down. The fish and chips were very light and fluffy. Best I’ve had anywhere, including England. Loved the atmosphere and the alert and kind waitstaff.

Attended a private group dinner on Sunday, February 18, 2024 in the banquette room. Ordered from the menu a combination platter with scallops and grouper (real grouper not a substitute), garden salad and sweet potato fries for sides. Food and service were exceptional. Highly recommended!

This is an awesome place to enjoy with family and friends and or alone if you want to. Life local band played here, if you want to watch a game, or just have a beer 🍺 or two. The food is very very good.

Hidden gem! Great fresh seafood cooked to perfection. Friendly and very attentive service! Candace and Olivia were fantastic. Will definitely be back and recommend!

Last minute plan change ended us up at Jack Willie's. What a great place. BF said it was the best lunch place since we've been in Tampa this month! Great atmosphere, service and prices.
