First time at this restaurant and the experience was amazing. We ordered a fried calamari appetizer, then chicken and shrimp gumbo, Alfredo pasta, and breaded chicken plus dessert. Everything tastes amazing, the server was friendly and he provided great service. We will be back.

First off Our Server Andrea was Amazing ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Polite Professional And Very Upbeat! The Food, Amazing! Desserts Outstanding! Appetizers Delicious! Restaurant and Facilities where Clean Clean Clean!!! Brought my love down for her Birthday!

I had an awesome experience in this place. The vibe is so lively, with beautiful people around, friendly staff, and a classy ambiance. The food is also delicious. I love everything about this place and look forward to coming here more often.

We had probably our best waiter at any cheesecake factory location. He was on his game. I wish I could remember his name. It was Thur the 28th for lunch. And my birthday cheesecake slice. We both had an appetizer of the Korean cauliflower, which was cooked well. I had the chicken Piccata it was excellent & my fiance had the chicken carbonara which was equally great. The place was clean. We'll definitely be back to this location. Our waiter also gave me a little mini Sunday for my birthday which was just so special & a sweet surprise!

We eat in Cheesecake Factories whenever we are near one so was looking forward to here as we'd never been.

Was very quiet when we arrived on Wednesday afternoon and for most of our meal we sat completely on our own in the outside area.

As always I ordered the 'Classic' burger, medium with American cheese.
(When cooked correctly medium, in my opinion this is the best burger ever of any in the world - and I've tried a lot!)

Unfortunately as occasionally happens the burger that came out looked very overcooked. When I cut into it I could clearly see it was overcooked, not juicy and certainly not pink inside.

I called the server over to explain the issue and show her and she agreed and said they would make another one.

The replacement burger that came out was amazing!
Perfectly cooked (maybe a little under medium) and very juicy and soft and pink inside. Amazing flavour on the outside and perfectly seasoned.
Possibly the best burger I've ever had.

My wife (as always) had the chicken bellagio which was excellent. Chicken was not as thin as usual but was still amazingly soft inside.

The service throughout the whole meal was excellent.
We were concerned that being outside on our own meant we would be forgotten but the server was great at checking on us and dealt perfectly with my overcooked burger issue.

Highly recommend the food here and we will definitely be back.

I haven’t eaten at a Cheesecake Factory in years because of my gluten allergies & I was excited to try the Gluten Free Mushroom Burger. It was alright but could have used more mushrooms & caramelized onions. I also shared the Godiva Flourless Double Chocolate Cake. It was delicious!

The food and service were great. We got 3 appetizers to share- fried Mac and cheese balls, Korean fried cauliflower and the avocado egg rolls. It was 2 of us and we ended up bringing more than half home. Also got the 4 cheese pasta to go and we both got cheesecake to bring home.

Everything was really good, cooked perfectly and flavorful. Highly recommend the Mac and cheese balls and the 4 cheese pasta.

Our server Richard E. was fantastic. He was very friendly and attentive even though he was busy. Always filled our drinks, our food came out quickly, remembered everything and was quick and efficient with everything.

A little noisy (4:00 Saturday afternoon), otherwise great. Food was sumptuous, dessert was heavenly (duh!), service was fast and friendly, quite cheerful, and accurate. So it was (we both thought) mighty expensive, but we had a gift card from one of our kids that covered a lot of it. (Ask me about our kids, BTW, next time we see each other!). We'll get back there, Lord willing!

Food was delicious and everything was fresh. Ordered for curbside, a little long wait but it was worth it. I ordered their big burger with sweet potato fries. Main entrees come with bread and butter. A little on the pricey side but it’s good.

Great experience with delicious hot food! Love that this location takes reservations over the phone (highly recommended as this place gets busy, especially Friday evenings!)Jen was friendly and attentive. Shrimp Scampi & Steak Diane was delicious and I substituted the mashed potatoes with mac and cheese. Great tasting and came out piping hot. Very satisfying. Complimentary bread is fantastic, as always. I favor the crunchy sour bread while my husband loves the darker sweet one. Yum! Thank you and will be back!

The Red Velvet Cheesecake is my favorite and I recommend everyone to try it. The host was kind and sat us right away. We have a little bit of a wait until our waiter came over to the table. After she arrived the service was great.

It was empty at lunch time and we had good food and service on a Sunday afternoon. It was nice not to wait. Overall a good time

We are big fans of the Cheesecake Factory. We enjoy visiting and dining at them when traveling, as we don't have a location near our home. The barbecue chicken salad is a favorite, and rarely disappoints. It's a huge dish that's easily shared and then some. The avocado egg rolls are a family favorite and sometimes some of our group will just order them as their meal. The lettuce wraps are another great appetizer that make a great meal choice as well. As silly as it may sound, our favorite dessert here isn't even cheesecake.... We love the strawberry shortcake with delicious sweet biscuits, fresh strawberries, vanilla ice and whipped cream. It's huge and plenty to share after a dinner with big portions plus the complimentary bread. We have yet to have a bed experience at a Cheesecake Factory, but the staff at this location was excellent. Christina was our server and she was attentive, quick, and friendly. The manager that sat is was also very friendly. We'll definitely return!

The Cheesecake Factory has the longest menu I have ever seen in my life LOL!!! The lighting and the restaurant layout is very accommodating for families or a date night. I have visited the restaurant on a few occasions, and I can assure you that the food will put a smile on your face! I have been able to try at least 5 different Cheesecake flavors (lemon raspberry, key lime, vanilla bean, cookie dough, and original) I can attest that they were ALL great tasting! The waitstaff is always very helpful and friendly. I recommend this restaurant on any day of the week, whether with friends, significant other, co-workers, or church family. Please go and ENJOY!!!

Upon arriving at this restaurant you are handed a 20 page book aka menu.. More options than any other restaurant I know! Service was outstanding! Must save room for dessert! I have eaten here over a dozen times and I still haven't tried 1/3 of their entrees!

Great dinner experience. We made reservations for Saturday night and would definitely recommend. It was very busy with lots of people waiting when we got there. We tried the Thai Chicken and Shrimp, burger, and Jamaican shrimp. All the meals were delicious. We also had the ultimate margarita and Pina colada which were delicious as well. Of course we had cheesecake. The Cinnabon cinnamon cheesecake was very sweet but good and the strawberry cheesecake was more on the rich side and delicious.

Cheesecake Factory Countryside is always a good choice.

They have a VAST menu. One can order anything from chicken, beef, fish, to pasta. The prices are affordable and this location is very convenient as well. The plates are well-served (good portions) and the staff is very nice as well.

The only negative comment I'll say is they don't take reservations. There's usually always a wait to eat.

Nonetheless, I would recommend this location. 🙏

We received a gift card from my daughter and had never been here before. Tina D. was our waitress and made our visit extra special. I was very impressed. She is a major asset to your company. Although I found the prices off the chart. I had pasta, with a salad that does not come with it. My husband had 2 appetizers. We had one water and one soda for drinks. We did each get a piece of cheesecake to go. $98.65! That’s nuts!

This place is to die for! The food was amazing, always is at any Cheesecake Factory, but the service is the shining diamond. Jennifer was sweet, gave us such amazing advice, was willing to help pick out just the right meal and substitutions, laughed at the silly Dad jokes, and just made the experience amazing. The food was fresh and hot, more than enough in portion size. This is the best choice for a date, a dinner out, or birthday meal!

But tonight we said let’s wait for once.
Ohh my gosh. It was beyond amazing !
Our server Phillip didn’t miss a beat he was smiling , friendly , personable and really made the experience great.
The food was all fabulous from the calamari and the pretzels and that Cuban sandwich was amazing !! My husband said that’s the best burger he’s had in a long time.
Then that cheesecake ♥ I got the cinnamon roll swirl and hubs got the caramel apple
Both were out of This world amazing. It was worth the wait most definitely.
