This was the best experience I've ever had in a DMV the girl we dealt with was very helpful. There was no wait. Everybody was cheerful and happy. You girls do an amazing job in the office! I would never want to go to a different tax assessor's Office.

I live in Gainesville, and all I needed was an ID card for my daughter, the staff there was very helpful and friendly. No long wait time, they get you in and out. The best Tax collectors office.

Lisa is always so pleasant to deal with, as are the rest of the good folks who work here. I moved home, to Bronson, a couple years ago, and have had to visit this office several times. I have not once had a negative experience.

Sadly, I incurred major brain damage in a MVC, and I am not good at communicating with others; yet these fine people always seem to understand, and know just what to say, when I get flustered. I genuinely appreciate all of the services offered, and moreover, appreciate the professionalism exhibited by the employees of this office, in conducting their business. Thank you, to all of you, for not being upset with me when I spill my drink, forget to get a number, forget why I’m there, etc. Y’all have eased my mind, every time I’ve been there, and that falls into the “priceless” category! I can’t say that about many offices; public, private, or otherwise.

Very nice, Sabrina is a professional and helped me through changing my registrations. I appreciate all that she did for me. All staff members are polite and respectful, as well as being professional. Kudos to the amazing staff and Sabrina for all they have done for me.

I made a visit 28 January to hopefully register a vehicle and apply for a weapons permit. I always enter these types of establishments thinking the worst. Not the case. My associate (we'll call her #3) was as pleasant as can be and took care of all my needs. Questions that I had as a new Florida resident were answered instantly. The office as a whole was very upbeat, and all the ladies were in good spirits. Thank you for taking all my beer money with a smile and a great attitude towards the customer.

The ladies who work here are professional, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. My first visit, they made sure I knew where everything was. Second visit, they soared above and beyond to ensure a 91 year old long term resident could get her ID card. Spectacular people!

The ladies in that particular office are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I haven't had a incident not once where one of these ladies hasn't gone the extra mile in order to accomplish what was needed. Thanks ladies!!!

Everybody was real friendly. Chelsea was super nice. I was in & out in 15 minutes. Couldn't believe how fast it was. Very satisfied with everything.

Needed to change address on Drivers Lic. No wait, a couple ppl in there for a multitude of Services! Very easy Transaction. In and out in 10 minutes for Husband and myself with renewed Licenses.
