AT&T Store

Stopped into the store for the first time, and I’ll say it was a great experience overall. They were very busy, and they handled the volume very well!

I was greeted warmly by a nice gentleman (I think his name was Kevin, but not sure) and Emma helped me with everything I needed for my visit. She was very courteous, prompt, and professional.

My 87-year-old mom and I went to the store today 8/31/23 around 1 pm. We were immediately greeted by Emma at the door and offered assistance. My mom had been having trouble hearing her phone and receiving texts and calls and Emma determined there were some settings based on her holding and even looking at the phone that could be changed to ensure she would hear the calls. Despite several successful test calls, Mom was set on getting a new phone. She decided on the iPhone 13. Emma was extremely patient helping my mom switch over from her old to her new phone, and made sure she had every last detail taken care of (except Face ID course) so when Mom rolled out of there with her walker, she was all set. She reminded me to help her with the Face ID when we got home. I noticed the other staff members being very patient with other older customers as well. This is a wonderful place to go and thanks, Emma, for your kindness and patience helping my mom get a new phone! It’s important for her to feel safe and now she does.

Matt the manager is so knowledgeable. I love him. He makes your visit fast n sweet everytime.

The ATT service rep Matt gave me excellent customer service and helped me Rectify my problem very quickly. Highly recommend AT&T..thx Matt!

I would like to take this time to personally thank Brandon the Manager at the AT&T store! We had been dealing with an issue since October 20 when we initially began porting our phone services away from Verizon into AT&T Business Wireless. After dealing with the back and forth for online services we went into the store. We are very thankful and grateful for the professionalism, courtesy, and patience which Brandon displayed in his actions as he worked tirelessly to port in our devices. He took his time and resolved our issues and completed the port Ins for our mobile devices. I would highly recommend this store as the customer service is being displayed in the actions of the staff. I watched and listened as he and the staff interacted to each person that entered in a positive exchange to meet each of their needs and concerns. . We definitely be back for ALL our mobile needs. Let me end my review by saying “ Leadership starts from the top and flows down.” Whenever there is strong leadership it is reflected positively in the people in which they lead. I pray AT&T values Brandon as he is an asset to the corporation.

Matt was even able/willing to resolve a challenge with a less than ideal accessory I'd purchased with my new phone.
I'm traveling, so not the best time to need to upgrade one's phone/ access to livelihood....

We had to wait a while but the attention she gave us (it was a lady that speaks Spanish for my husband's benefit) explained everything and answered all our questions. She even gave us suggestions. We were pleased with her orientation.

I walked in curious & left thrilled with my experience. Jenny was very soft sell, answered all my questions & suggested items I'd never even thought of. 100% satisfaction!

I went with my nana to get a new iPhone because I was worried someone would try and up sell her or get her something she doesn’t need/ talk circles around her about things she doesn’t understand. I was glad to see it was the opposite! Brandon helped her and answered every one of her questions with no annoyance or impatience. Honestly it was the quickest and friendliest visit I’ve had in an AT&T!

Needed to change my service to a more affordable plan and Joshua was able to get me the best bang for my buck and in a very short amount of time with no financial surprises!
He was courteous, prompt, efficient and was very knowledgeable with what AT&T had to offer to meet my needs. Great service!!

what a mess.little less talk amound yourself & more accion to help customers.they were'nt even talking about work related .how can you mess thing up that bad. it took 30 min to figured how to take my payment.girl ddnt hsve a clue

Was extremely satisfied with the knowledgeable, polite well dressed young man Brandon. I think that he is a valuable asset to AT&T . He repaired our phone when others could not. We were thinking about going to Verizon, but changed our minds .

My Husband Jim and I had went in store on Sat evening. We spoke with David and he gave some very Good information on new phones. We went back on Sunday and looked again and Jay helped us pick out some Awesome stuff and 2 Great New Phones. We Really like our New Phones and Covers and Colors. I had my purse stolen a few days back. We called Dietrich the Assistant Manager. He advised us on all the steps to get my phone replaced and protected. The staff at the store took the best care of me. Fran helped me in the store. She did an amazing job. Highly recommend Sebring AT&T

Manager Ryan was incredibly helpful! Took the time to explain everything. He made sure we would be able to do what we wanted to do without issue. AT&T is lucky to have him.

Great service!!!!! Came in Matt started helping me and then Dietrich took over and was superb!!! For some reason I was having credit issues he was VERY patient with me!!!!! Walked me through how to fix it and then made sure I GOT MY PURPLE SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 9.
Store was very clean and welcoming. Great selection of wireless devices. Dietrich and Matt will definitely have my business AGAIN

This store is awesome. The staff takes great care of each customer. Dietrich help my wife with a damaged phone. We decided to upgrade and Dietrich gave us the $750.00 boho. We are very excited and pleased. Highly recommend
