Great store with beautiful items and great employees that truly care for the customers satisfaction the customer service is amazing. I truly love the stone bench I purchased today for a great price they discounted it because of a stone chip on the side which I’m grateful for. Thank you to the lovely girl at the register for calling the manager and helping me out so I can leave happy with a new stone bench that fits great in my front yard right under my tree. Thank you young lady for all your help 🙏🫶🏼🙏

If you need anything and are within a 100 miles of this place you will do better price yes i said price and the customer service is top notch to come here instead

Good product selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Management was helpful. Cashier was friendly. Store was clean, well organized. All around a great shopping trip but didn’t have long to spend there. Just want to go and get lost browsing next time! Thanks for the help!

The staff here is very helpful. I have had great help with water pump and tank replacement. I really like to buy wood here. The guys help you get good non warped wood. They load it for you. I love this place!

This may be the best ACE in Florida. Great selection. Clean store. Lots of guns and other items that most Ace hardware stores don’t have.

I was at Hagen ace in Macclenny a few days ago and I needed screws for some ceiling fans. I asked for help and a young man named PJ came to my aid. He was super patient with me and very polite. I actually was very impressed with his attitude because I walked out and realized I needed another screw. And he helped me again with no attitude at all just happy to help me. I was pleasantly surprised because lately when I’ve asked people in other stores to help some act like u r bothering them. So I just wanted to say I really enjoy coming to your store everyone is pleasant and helpful. Also u have a lot of great merchandise u don’t see in other stores around Macclenny.

Very nice store. Brand new. Love the Gingersnap jewelry. Actually not priced bad. I will be purchasing more. Boyfriend loves to place. They have beautiful flowers and outdoor furniture. Love the place. They are making changes in the store so when you go in you might be a little lost for awhile. But you can be sure that their employees will help you locate your items etc. Looks good and much bigger.

Great store that I just can’t go into without spending an hour browsing the shelves. Great firearms and fishing section. Very friendly staff.

Store has been rearranged and it seems to let you see more of the stuff they sell. I noticed things i didn't know they sold. Extremely friendly and helpful employees. Store is always clean and neat. They even have free popcorn for customers..
Update: now that rearranging is completed and settled down the store has a better layout and flow to it.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff! I needed some suggestions and an employee walked me around and gave me several different ideas for a home project. They had everything I needed at fair prices!

Ordered a Weber Smokey Mountain online to be picked up at the store. Arrived and saw the smoker had been already assembled (I had not requested this). I asked a store rep if there was a smoker that was in the box, she said there was not. I proceeded to check the smoker to see if it was put together correctly and there were no missing parts. While doing so I noticed a minor scratch. This smoker apparently was the floor model. Without me asking the store rep called the manager and they discounted the smoker by $150. Great customer service from Hagan Ace!

Very clean store but not very Versified when i walked in I was looked at like I was in the wrong place and found that every aisle I went to the same employee just happened to come down that aisle after like I was there to steal something so I didn't feel welcome or comfortable in the store being a person of color
