Be aware...I love the Pit Stop and going thru the Pit Stop but when you use a debit or credit card, they are charging way too much to use it, I understand a convenience fee for not having cash but 55-60 cents is just ridiculous on a $3.50 purchase

Customer service sucks and they always messes my wings up even though I specify traditional hot wings they 9/10 give me plain wings. Mistakes happen but every time. Won't be getting another $ from me or my family.

Usually go thru several times a week. Today all I got was a fountain soda and the mix was way off for Pepsi. I tried to call several times to let them know but the phone was busy and I tried for hours. More than just a little frustrated 😞. Guess I need to sample the drink before I pull away.

I got charged 4$ for two drinks after telling them we have the Pitstop sticker so I called to let them know that they charged us an extra 1 the manger hangs up on me
