It's not a five star dining experience. Yes they serve you your food in a to-go box but you don't have to ask for one so that's a plus. Everything I had was delicious. Just like your grandma cooked it. I will definitely go back when I'm in the area. Please whatever you do check out the dessert case. And did I mention that the tea is what I call family reunion tea. If you know what I'm talking about you've been to a family reunion or two.

These pork chops are the best, you are gonna want to pay the extra $1.00 and get 2! Huge portions! The veggies were seasoned nicely and the iced tea was great. The price was awesome for the amount of food they hook you up with. Enough food to be stuffed and to bring a whole meal home.

Fried chicken and all the variety of sides are all good! They have desserts and cookies, which are huge in size. If you're in town, you must drop by and try, there are a few tables available for inside eating, very clean.

Hands down the best pizza I've ever had. There was a lot of variety on the menu and the food tasted fresh. The decorations were really cool and the staff was warm and friendly and made us feel like family

Excellent southern cooking! Staff was friendly, food was delicious, and felt like a good value for the price. I especially appreciated the variety of food that they had and the desserts. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area.

Great buffet style eatery with a menu order kitchen in the back. Everything I've tried here has been great, and I have been here several times and have tried much of the selection. The fried chicken is very good, and the wings in a secret golden sauce are heaven. Pork chops, pulled pork, and many specials will make selecting what to have difficult. The sides are all good with a plentiful selection...you do not pay a lot here and you do not go away hungry. There is sometimes a line, but the friendly staff get you through quickly. Ample seating or well packaged to go, your pick.

The food is phenomenal, as is the tea. Wife and I go at least twice a week. Never ever had a bad or even a so so meal there. It’s great every time. Best restaurant available in Macclenny or Glen. Better than Soul Food Bistro in Jacksonville as well, by far.

This is my favorite place to get good local country food. The restaurant is full of good-hearted kind people that take care of their customers. I love it when they make the homemade coconut macaroons. Got some pretty amazing fluffy cheesecake as well. My favorite meal is fried pork chops green beans and macaroni and cheese casserole however it's all good from the ribs to the fish and shrimp you can't go wrong. They also sell local raw honey and old fashioned cane syrup. I don't know what else a good old boy would want.

We love going to George's! There's a large selection of food to choose from, and we always get a good portion size for the money. The food is delicious, the service is wonderful, and the restaurant is CLEAN. Great place!

We really enjoyed our meal and the employees was very kind and helpful!! My husband love the ribs! (fall off the bone good!!) It is a friendly atmosphere. Looking forward to go back Thursday for their lasagna, it looked delicious!! Thank you George

Where do I begin...the pork and rice is amazing, fried fish is golden and perfectly cooked, Dijon Chicken is super tender and quite tasty, pork chops are tender and delicious...all the sides are on point. Lemon Meringue pie and that Tiramisu melt in your mouth and the chocolate cake will cure anything that ails you. The staff is always friendly and quick...one of my favorites!!!
