I have been banking here since 2001. With the Baldwin branch being my primary location. I love the small town feel of the place. Everyone knows your name. They ladies of the credit union are always helpful with my personal & business banking needs. I wouldn't bank anywhere else.

I recently went in to the Macclenny branch to get a gift card. I was greeted as soon as I came in the door and the lady at the desk was super nice and helpful. When I left, a different employee told me to have a wonderful day. The staff is always so kind and helpful

Just want to give a huge shout out to the Callahan branch! Working with Rebecca, Kim and Amber is very pleasant and professional.

This credit union has the best customer service and is very quick to respond to you and help you whenever you need it. There motto home town banking with people you trust goes a long way for me this is by far the best credit union I could move too. For any of your banking needs go see tru fi I highly recommend them!!
