Hands down highly recommend!
Service was exceptionally quick and has my screen replaced in less than 30 minutes. Obviously this might vary case by case. Replaced screen and cleaned speakers and now it’s like having a brand new phone again! Also cheapest place compared to others quoted

I stopped in to see if they could fix my phone as the SIM card tray was stuck in the phone and the top had broken off. The salesman was friendly and the Technician came out and removed the broken sim tray in about 10 seconds, I offered to pay and they said no charge as I was having a bad day.!!!

I can't say enough good things about this place and the guys who work here. They have a life long customer with me. My kids have broke their screens multiple times and they fix them fast and at a fair price. I just spoke with Tommy regarding getting a screen protector on my daughters new phone and he was just so helpful and nice. Wonderful business and awesome guys there.

I had an amazing experience at your shop this morning. Got my T95X TV box fixed in no time and for free by the most dynamic and enthusiastic team ever... you guys did a lot of small things that added up to the best service I have ever received in Florida. The guys in here are super nice and very helpful. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and taken care of. I had an old iPhone I needed rebooted and they helped me without giving me the slightest feeling that I was a bother. I know what I came for didn't make them money, but their time was greatly appreciated. Great customer service!! The only thing is, I didn't catch any names to give a shout out lol keep up the great work fellas!

For less than the cost of my deductible, I was able to get my cracked screen fixed the same day , in less than 30 minutes!!! I had been told elsewhere it would need to be sent out for repairs and i would have to wait several days for its return! ON A FRIDAY NIGHT 30 minutes out the door!!! These guys ROCK!!

First of all, they will do what it takes to get your business and retain it. Shane is the best. He's patient and knowledgeable. What he doesn't know, he will find out. Great customer service.
I made a mistake on a purchase and they fixed it for me, no questions asked. If they can find a way they will. Owner is quite nice. He cares about the customer more than anything. Very refreshing. This is my second phone there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The guys in the store were very knowledgeable, helpful, respectful and courteous. Ricky answered all of my questions over the phone so I was already aware of what they were offering before driving over. Nate handled my needs in the store and was efficient, courteous and very knowledgeable. The entire staff was very genuine which made the environment laid back and easy going. I'm generally pressed for time so these guys made it super easy and I will definitely send all of my family and friends to them. Thank you guys so much, especially Nate, I genuinely appreciate the good laugh and efficient way you handled things.

Excellent customer service! I came here to switch out my tempered glass screen protector (which is amazing btw. If you don't have one, get it!!) Tommy greeted me right away and was able to smoothly remove the glass cover. After he put the new cover on, he went out of his way to make sure my phone was clean before he handed it back to me. This was my first visit at this stop and I had no idea about the huge selection of phones and accessories! If you haven't been to this store yet, I highly recommend checking them out. They have everything you need!

Tommy immediately diagnosed the problem with my phone and ordered parts. The next day I discovered an individual promotion to me on a new phone from my provider. Tommy was gracious enough to allow cancellation of the repair. I will go back here for all my repair needs in the future. While in the store I noticed another employee providing excellent advice and great service to another customer. Great place to do business.

The staff is courteous and friendly. I took my iphone to get the screen fixed and they had it fixed the same day at a price that was really affordable. I was even able to pick up a new charger and case for a deal. Thank you Cell Exchange for a great experience.

They fixed my iPhone 7, and I must say it was fast and friendly service. The Tech, Tommy was fun to talk to and made sure my phone was working right when I left. Just dropped off s Galaxy S7 Edge and I have no doubt in my mind that they will take care of my phone like it was there very own. Amazing service and a ton of different phones to choose from if your looking for one!

Tommy did a great job with my phone. I called everyone in Lakeland and Tampa to see if someone can help me with my situation everyone was trying to make me waste more money than I needed too. I'm glad I called one last place. Everything was quick easy great prices and definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

So I’ve written maybe three reviews ever but these men deserve this one I’ve dealt with these gentlemen a couple times i actually break my phone more than necessary but Ken and Tommy are awesome definitely the best pricing I’ve seen even outside of their promotional period . Tommy always talks to me about what exactly is the issue with my phone prior to fixing it and Ken is always friendly and informative . Hopefully i stop breaking my phones but even so I’ll continue doing business with them . Great guys .

I had a wonderful experience with Cell Xchange! They were helpful, super knowledgeable, and quick to get me exactly what I needed. Everyone who walked through the door (while I was there) were quickly addressed in a friendly and professional manner. I'm impressed! And I'll be back!

Awesome place, awesome folks. Very friendly and helpful. Extremely reasonable pricing and availability of all you might want. Had an issue with one of the phones I bought, took it back 3 different times and each time they fixed it and even offered to exchange it after I was outside the warranty period.

Had a great experience at the Lakeland store. Very friendly and attentive customer service. My broken iPad screen was fixed very quickly and the repair price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this store!

Cris was the best person I’ve ever dealt with. You can genuinely see he cares about the customer. And he even shared his home cooked lunch with me. Would highly recommend this location for great prices and amazing customer experience. Ask for cris he will get the job done.

I'm reading reviews here and sounds amazing!! We're with sprint who is horrible !!! Contract is up in two weeks thankfully ... I will be going here tomorrow to see if can trade in 4 Moto e4 phones and walk with maybe 4 iPhone 6 or 6s we do not need the newest phones I still miss my iPhone 5 s best phone I ever had ... Will post a review after stopping in
