My card was hacked in California and a few transactions were performed. I went to the branch in Macclenny where I met Mrs Billie!! She was the sweetest person ever!! She helped calmed my fears because my son’s birthday was the next week and we had a planned trip to Disney. I knew a new card would take days to be mailed. I had no idea how I would get him there aside from carrying cash, but not knowing the exact amount we would need. She helped get things straightened out and issued me a new card. She was so patient and kind. It’s people like her that the world needs more of! I am so grateful to have met her. She brightened my day and is such a light!! I hope she continues to be the person she is!! Thank you Mrs Billie!!!

This branch is absolutely amazing! Their customer service is top-notch, and they truly care about their members. I have always had positive experiences. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always goes the extra mile!

Jessica has been a great help. . I came in frustrated because my password wouldn't let me on & I couldn't remember my username. She came over to the computer 3 times without getting cross. She helped me with a cd problem & even made suggestions for their financial officer. Wonderful asset to the credit union.

Sydney in the Macclenny branch is the best. She always handles my request professionally and alwaya with the biggest smile. If the line backs up the drive thru team comes out front to assist members. The branch is always clean. They greet you coming thru the door!!!

I visited to open a new personal and a new business account. I worked with Amanda Ryan . She made this process fast and easy. It did not take all day to get all the accounts open. Amanda is very proficient in her work and values the customers time.

Jessica baker always does such an amazing job greeting members who enter the branch makes you feel welcomed to do business. I frequent the macclenny branch and I missed seeing her while she was out. It was so nice to see her today.

I always get great customer service at this VyStar location. They do a wonderful job with client services. Danielle in particular is always friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Someone should give that woman a raise just for helping my older parents with online issues!

She always has a smile on her face is VERY friendly, has such a enthusiastic attitude, ready to answer questions and help with whatever she can. I have had excellent experiences at this branch. I would like to specifically name an employee. Sydney Williams gets and “A +” for professionalism, knowledge and customer service. This young lady knows her job very well. She communicated information to me clearly and concisely. Also, she was patient and kind. I really appreciate this wonderful help.
